1	I'm 23 and have never had a girlfriend, had sex, or even held a girls hand. How do I snap out of my loser mentality and ruminating about the past? Fine something (a job, hobby) that you're passionate about then do it. Love and relationships will follow because you will be attractive in your element and find others who feel the same. How do you find your passion? Think. Try things you are remotely interested in. Research everything you like. The Internet will help you find others like you. 3	Am I the only one here who does this with girls who have boyfriends? I agree. Show some respect for a fellow gentleman and let him enjoy himself without having to deal with a guy trying to bang his girlfriend all night. 3	How to do the very basics? Systematic desensitization. Step out of your comfort zone and the next time will be half as hard. You've made a huge step that puts you ahead of most people by admitting to yourself you want to improve this area of your life and are willing to seek the information to help you.
