I think one of the big problems is that boys are naturally really energetic as kids and teachers hate this. Thus they get these boys doped up on adderall and whatnot to calm them down and these have detrimental consequences on these youth boys.

Tech isn't 50% male 50% female: panic, spend billions of dollars and discriminate against men to try to achieve this.
