All /r/legaladvice threads get locked eventually (a subreddit policy they seem to have). This is not specific to this thread. They consider the purpose of posting there to be getting the OP the legal advice they need and once that is fulfilled the thread gets locked so that outside discussion doesn't happen. Further discussion of the LA-OP'S story often happens in /r/bestoflegaladvice

Ironically the answer would be polygamy. With that skewed of a gender distribution in a population, each male would be a match for nine females and would need to have more than ten children on average, in order to maintain the population.

Jumping off of this, if you ever run into someone who insists that there is no genetic difference in the psyche of men and women, you can bring up the case of David Reimer (also once was named Bruce Reimer and Brenda Reimer). He was born a twin by the name of Bruce but had his genitalia mutilated during a botched circumcision. The family then got advice from a psychologist by the name of John Money who advocated performing gender reassignment surgery and raising Bruce as a girl (by the name of B…

Doesn't that center box titled "Domestic violence does not discriminate" compare the statistics? Certainly the majority of the graphic is devoted to the female statistics but the male ones were not completely omitted.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
