2	Still can’t process the hard truth I’m in the same boat. My soon to be ex after 10 years is avoidant dismissive. She could go days or weeks without real communication after a “fight”. We’ve had individual and couples therapy. My conflict resolution skills improved (her best defense was an offense of insults and derision, my defense was an offense of pointing out contradictions) and I internalized fair fighting rules.
