| 1 | Working out everyday?Not at all! I spend at least 2 hours in the gym 5-6 days a week, but I train with heavy weight and do a lot of sets of 3-4 reps. When you are lifting 80%+ of your one rep max you need to take a 2-3 minutes of rest, sometimes I take 5 if I'm going for a new PR. All depends on what your goals are, no reason for a bodybuilder or some guy wanting to get lean and cut to be lifting for 2 hours straight.
