Not all of them (personally) but you'd be suprised how many are this shallow and vapid. Much can be said for men too though. It's more a consequence of modern culture than anything.

With his "best friend" no less...

I'm in my mid twenties and I don't see it getting much better tbh. Schopenauer wasn't wrong.

I only buy from amazon (or online in general) if I can't get it anywhere else. Paying a slight premium and supporting local businesses is always more important imo.

I learn stuff because I want to better myself. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing how to do something properly, imo. If you're doing things for the appreciation of others, you have a large problem of perspective.

Exactly my point. I'm MGTOW, but my MGTOW is a lot more inclusive wink wink.

I never really swallowed the red pill to be honest. Growing up, I found a lot of people to be absolutely ghastly, men and women. I'm more of a misanthrope than anything, and I'm angry/disgusted at everyone. I see this "movement" as just a stop on the way to nihilism.

New here, but lurk a lot. Came to an equivalent form of MGTOW all by myself some 5+ years ago after some real bad fuckery. I'm not as cynical as some of you, but most of you're dead right.

I hate everybody, no matter their skin color, the contents of their pants, their age. I just hate people period. So yes, I hate women.

I had to reread thrice, and still don't believe it.

Now I don't know all the facts, but I'm damn sure I'd be charged with manslaughter if I emotionally bullied, say, a transgender person (or anyone for that matter) that cares about me to the point of causing their suicide. Just my opinion though...

Hardship? I don't live in a warzone, but I know what it means to starve and suffer, at the hands of a woman and not. Physical improvement/martial arts is good, but I think mental is just as important, if not moreso. For me MGTOW merely means loving and watching out for myself first, as well as having social appreciation/validation come from within, not from others. Real/powerful men don't need to experience hardship to know they are "real" men, but it definitely helps imho.

My Mum, save on rare occasion, has always been outstanding to my dad. They have had their ups and downs over the years, but worked them out rather than giving up, and next year they'll be celebrating 25 years of marriage. I look up to both of them in terms of what an LTR actually means in our crazy modern society, from a time when you fixed something rather than throw it away for a new one. Sadly the older I get the more I realise that I likely won't have their same fortune.

Makes me 100% glad I don't go to university in the US, but somewhere that actually sets education as its primary objective.

I'd agree, but this is endemic. Look at any corporation and see how actually capability is dwarfed by what's in peoples' pants. BBC is a great example of this.

9 hrs a day of sleep is a ton. I'm not a construction worker but I get an average of 6 hrs a sleep a day if I'm lucky. And yes I'm a man ahahahhaha.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
