Yes I'm saying that what the law says, in my argument, is the important bit. I'm not interested in arguing whether or not certain laws are followed through, you guys are blowing that bit out of proportion - I'm just saying that at least one law in Britain that still exists treats women worse than men. Don't you fucking dare try and argue a different point and then say I'm wrong. It's true that I would have lost the argument, but it's not true that my point is wrong. Important difference. If I sa…

I wasn't aware that troll meant someone refusing to provide evidence. I shall have a look, shouldn't take long. Again you're arguing something different - you're arguing what happens in reality, I'm arguing what is legal/illegal If you can't, then you're wrong That's not technically true, it just means I wasn't able to prove it.

Oh so anyone who disagrees with you is a troll? Jeez that word gets flung around a lot doesn't it? No I'm not saying that, you're twisting my words. I'm saying that it's obviously true that in at least one place in the law, men are treated better than women. I don't see how you can possibly say that women are treated better than men in every single area of every existing law. Just because of the fact that you seem to think your opinion is fact, I'm going to argue against it. You're trolling much…

I don't have to prove it because it's so obviously true. And that's not true at all, it's not up to you to decide what counts and what doesn't count.

Still generalising. You're telling me that you know every law currently in existence in Britain/US and that NONE of them treat men better than women?
/r/MensRights29/05/11 10:49 PM

I strongly agree that men have it tough, but to say that women are not treated unfair in any area of the law? Nah, no chance. Even if it's not something very major or publicised, it'll be there somewhere.
/r/MensRights29/05/11 10:39 PM

Actually, Based on that one line at the end, I can feel comfortable agreeing with this approach.
/r/MensRights29/05/11 10:31 PM

I'm pretty sure that's called a generalisation. You're telling me that you know the law so well that you can prove that there is not a single one which treats men better than women?

But don't you see how that exact same mindset applies to Feminism?

That's one point I presented him with: that even if the woman stays at home, cooks, cleans, looks after kids, makes bacon when the husband gets home and than gives him a BJ, that's fine with me: my only problem is if the woman is forced into that role or has social pressure to assume that role.

Guys, no need for downvotes. I'm arguing against this, just wanted a little input :)
/r/MensRights15/05/11 05:39 PM

Of course women lie. As do men. I would have considered that obvious.

Mothers who receive child support do it because they themselves cannot work and cannot have any source of income. Gratned, they should have thought about it before, but she can't work if she wanted to. Neither could a dad.
/r/MensRights05/05/11 11:23 PM
1

I think men would do the same thing except they aren't in a position where they can get child support off the mother.
/r/MensRights05/05/11 09:45 PM
1

I read and I don't see any sense in your post. You think that a Full-Time working dad has a better chance of looking after a kid on his own than a full-time working mom? Neither of them do!
/r/MensRights05/05/11 09:25 PM
1

Are you dumb? You expect a man with a full-time job to be able to look after a kid on their own at the same time?
/r/MensRights05/05/11 07:05 PM
1

The father won't be able to work if they're raising a small child alone - that's why mothers who have jobs have problems with it.
/r/MensRights05/05/11 06:43 AM

I still don't see how that puts the child in a better position in respects to having enough money provided.
/r/MensRights04/05/11 11:47 PM

This is purely out of personal interest, could you link me an article where a man successfully falsely accused a woman of rape?
/r/MensRights04/05/11 10:17 PM

How would that affect whether or not the child needs financial support?
/r/MensRights04/05/11 09:42 PM

Darn, sorry about that. Really should proof-read before I click "save". I guess I'm just used to seeing that sort of stuff around here. Sorry.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but haven't statistics shown that women commit far more stalking than men?

Why don't you feminists do something about it then, rather than making it easier?

How can you be a "professor" of "Women's Studies"? There's nothing to learn or be good at. Actually, I take that back, you do have to have a knack for propaganda.

I almost threw my macbook out of the window reading those comments. That. Fucking. Close. However, the blog has made me realise just how lucky we are that the majority of feminists aren't like that. My only consolation is the knowledge that the author/commenters will never find love and shall live miserable, hate-filled, bigoted lives only to die a slow death in the realisation of just how pointless their lives are. I'm investigating into whether we can report this blog to wordpress.com, as it's…

I know, I just think it's fairly sad that the second woman in this entire war deserves a whole article when the hundreds of men don't. I don't mean to take away from her honorable service or the tragedy of her death, but if she deserves her own article, so do they.

AND DON'T YOU DARE LOOK AT HER FOR MORE THAN 2 SECONDS STRAIGHT YOU SEXIST APE.
/r/MensRights01/04/11 10:08 PM

You answered correctly. It's only the women who feel that life isn't easy enough for them that complain about "the male patriarchy". "I got fired, IT'S THE PATRIARCHY!". At this point, it's purely a social thing that SOMETIMES stops women from going on and doing these types of high-end jobs. Just need to stop telling people that science is only for men, and soon enough we'll have a fairer land.

"Women are driven by emotions rather than reasoning" I stopped reading after there. Too misogynistic.

Meh. It's pretty risky, seeing as if you have kids then if you get a divorce you'll almost certainly not get custody no matter how good you are.. she'll definitely get the house and a good portion of your money, PLUS child support...

They did it because they wanted to spend their lives together, and marriage felt like the next step. it's just a social reason.
/r/MensRights09/03/11 11:18 PM

Yes, because the moment you put a ring on their finger you can fuck them whenever you like even if they say no. Damn you're sexist. Nobody's saying you can't have sex with your wife. Just that YOU CAN'T RAPE THEM. It's not injustice: it's LOGIC, JUSTICE and, of course, COMMON SENSE. There's no point in marriage: but that doesn't suddenly mean that rape is okay. Checkbox for rape: Did she say no? Then it's rape. It doesn't have a second checkbox saying? "Are you married? If so, then ignore your t…

This should have been done a long time ago. Let's just hope they lower mens premiums, not increase womens.

Keep it classy, people. This is not a Mens Rights issue. All you do is weaken our cause with the dilution of pettiness. Not every crime committed by a woman is in some way a result of feminism or a breakdown of gender equality; it's just a woman committing a crime. Keep it classy.

Two thirds of the worlds work? Bullshit. Absolute bullshit. Rest is believable if a little absurd.
/r/MensRights23/02/11 11:37 PM

Your statistics are bullshit. You take into account maybe one country. You're ignoring every other country. If we take the world into account, the majority of rapists are so overwhelmingly male it's not even worth asking. You're just a misogynist. Just accept the issues. Not every thing people have a problem with is just lies.
/r/MensRights21/02/11 12:13 PM

I don't see how knowing if they're married or not is important.
/r/MensRights20/02/11 02:40 PM

Bullshit. I'm as for MR as anyone out there, but if you dispute the fact that men rape more people than women do, you're obviously either a misogynist or a retard.

It says Mother.. Then it also says "Mother and other" and "Mother and father". I think we can take "Mother" to mean just the mother on her own.

Sue the fuck out of the woman who reported you for slander and gender discrimination. Take that woman to court. She needs to have her life ruined.
/r/MensRights06/02/11 10:43 PM

Not true. The reason they do that is because that during the process of giving birth, they produce MASSIVE amounts of oestrogen. This is a natural painkiller. During a fight, they really don't release enough to act as any sort of painkiller. Also, they bruise VERY easily, which is why it's very easy to fake being assaulted violently.
/r/MensRights03/02/11 07:29 PM
2

If women want equal rights, they give up the right to not be punched. That said, women bruise very easily, and men can take a lot more pain. In some cases it's better to either just restrain them or walk away. But don't let them treat you like dirt just because they're women. Rule of thumb: treat both genders the same and use as much restraint as possible.

I didn't intend to sound harsh, if I did, forgive me. I just wanted to get across how important it is that you act now and act decisively. Keep searching, remember what the prize at the end of the road is! :D

just get a fucking lawyer. Not in 10 minutes, not tomorrow. if you love your daughter, ring your lawyer now. The courts are horribly biased against men, but if you show them the evidence you've shown us, you'll easily win it.

Fathers should not be given default custody. There should be no default. You sound rather misogynstic, and not representative of MRAs in general.
