| 1 | Gold Digging DeniedWell there are a ton of other benefits at least in the US Employee benefits Government benefits Family benefits Medical and food benefits And death benefits https://www.getlegal.com/legal-info-center/family-law-divorce/marriage I mean two of the biggest reason to get married from personal experience is power of attorney if something happens to you or your partner, and employment benefits that extend over to partners weather they be medical, pension or death insurance. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 14/04/23 08:36 PM |
| 2 | Gold Digging DeniedWait I'm seriously confused by this comment cause no fault divorces means that you both amicably told the court it wasn't working out and going to break the marriage in the eyes of the law. If you contested it and stated the fault was on her, with evidence of the fault then it would be an at fault divorce. I'm of course basing this off Texas law, but it should be true with most states https://www.thelarsonlawoffice.com/no-fault-divorce/#:~:text=No%20fault%20divorces%20are%20the,caused%20the%20ma… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 14/04/23 08:31 PM |
