2	Gold Digging Denied Wait I'm seriously confused by this comment cause no fault divorces means that you both amicably told the court it wasn't working out and going to break the marriage in the eyes of the law. If you contested it and stated the fault was on her, with evidence of the fault then it would be an at fault divorce.
