The idea women are loved unconditionallyNo one is loved unconditionally. But unless you live in the Middle East, women are more valued by society. Men are valued for what they can provide. Women are valued simply for existing. Just look at the media and all the body positivity aimed at women. Even fat, ugly women are told they're beautiful and worth it just for existing. Men aren't afforded such luxury. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/01/24 05:22 AM
Would you LTR/marry a woman who has had an abortion?I wouldn't care. I've already had children. Abortion isn't as big of a deal as religious nuts make it out to be. It should be a choice. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/01/24 09:15 PM
Men of PPD: Do you really find casual sex appealing?I don't care about casual sex. I have had one-night stands, but they were not that good and kind of depressing. If I ever get in another relationship, sex will be the last thing on my mind. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/01/24 09:13 PM
| – | Men who feel their wives see them as Beta MaleThere are no such things as beta or alpha males in humans. This was only made up by the "Chads" who get laid but are bitter because they'll never be chosen for a meaningful relationship. I was very muscular and fit when I met my now ex-wife but not really good-looking. My ex-wife is beautiful, imo even though she is overweight. She never saw me that way, and we had a meaningful relationship until I got sick. Most women want a guy they can respect and have fun with. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/01/24 09:11 PM |
Q4M: Describe the type of male a traditional woman deserves? Both men and women deserve respect, appreciation, and love. If I found (another) woman who could be all those things, I would be grateful. I would expect me to have a decent job, pay for everything, provide a good, safe place to live and raise children, be faithful in marriage, get along with her family, not be jealous of her friends (including her male friends)or anything else she wants to do. I would also expect for me to help out, of course, with raising the children and maybe even housework.… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/01/24 07:02 AM
Why do women seem to get "the ick" over the most innocuous things these days?Because it's a woman's issue, and that's all that matters. If men have standards, it's sexist. If women have standards, it's empowerment. There is a culture (at least in the United States) of "body positivity" but only for women. If you're a fat and ugly woman, you're still beautiful and worth it. If you're a fat and ugly man, you're a sexist creep worth nothing. In my life, I've only ever seen one ad (on Facebook) for body positivity for men. There are countless ads like those for women in all … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/01/24 06:48 AM
I genuinely think people underestimate female toxicityBeing a stay at home parent isn't lazy. Unless you expect to be and refuse to work if need be. My ex-wife was/is a stay at home mom of three kids, and she works hard. That's not toxic femininity. Toxic femininity is when women play mind games, don't communicate, and are emotionally abusive. I agree that people underestimate toxic women, though. I was sexually abused as a child. I called a help line to see if there were any support groups for victims, and they said, "we don't have anything for pe… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/01/24 04:42 PM
Men erroneously confuse being confident with being an asshole with the whole nice guy/asshole dichotomy and womenYou give all these attributes, which is helpful. But the problem is that each individual woman has a different definition of what respect, assertiveness, etc., are. From my experience, if you don't look that good (and I don't mean the way you dress or keep yourself) but if you're flat out ugly, no woman will even give you the time of day no matter how well you meet those given attributes. Let's face it, both women and men generally only care about looks first and personality second. If you're fa… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/01/24 07:56 PM
Men, describe your “Sex Zone”.I don't have a sex zone. I don't really care about sex that much, and I don't see why people do. Once you've had it a few times, it's pretty much all the same. I've already accomplished the reason for sex, I have two kids. So there's really no point in it anymore. I have two hands and the internet. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/01/24 07:49 PM
