Ok, so you quote Joe Rogan as a source and jump to conclusions instead of asking me more questions, I can see why you think your son is in for a tough road ahead. First rule, women are individuals and should be treated such. I literally started this thread saying “I don’t speak for all women” and yet your retorts seem to want me to answer for what other women said. I do not know these people. I can only answer the question, what does a liberal woman consider a “high value man” based on my own li…

Also, I never said I don’t tolerate insecurities in men, those are words you put out there. I mean I don’t want a man that will be jealous because I make more money and get a lot of attention, some guys are uncomfortable with that. Some men are not ok with women having more career success, is this really new information? You can’t even handle me verbalizing what if I’d like in a partner, lol. I just find whiney people that need everything explained are exhausting, especially people that faux out…

Well I’m not raising men so no worries. Secondly how is someone being human and vulnerable a bad environment? What is it that you would think would be the perfect environment for your son? Also, I’m a grown woman talking to other adults about marriage and political views, what does this have to do with your son? Because I don’t entertain fools does not mean I’m insecure, it means I just know what I want. You can keep trying to twist it all you want but you could at least add to the conversation …

The writer of that article doesn’t speak for all women either. We can be liberal feminists and still have different opinions and ideas on what we expect personally.

My ex was abusive and put me in dangerous situations. Troll all you want, but I know how I feel and what I want. If you find that is coddling and dystopian but you think it’s ok to attack a stranger for sharing an honest answer, I think your son might have some bigger issues than what a random person said on the internet about their dating preferences.

Good old fashioned business to business cold calling! I sell advertising currently but previously I sold IT infrastructure and services, before that copiers, before that shoes, vacuums lol. Ironically I get nervous talking to people but I’m people chatty and I do genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients. I’m trying to change careers though. I just want to do sales until I’m in a better place financially then pursue something where I can help people. I grew up pretty poor so working hard has al…

Like I know they’ll always be there when I need them, I know they have my best interest at heart and would defend me if I wasn’t around, someone that doesn’t use my painful secrets against me, walking beside me not in front of me, and cuddles. Someone I can trust to not embarrass me if they came to a work function, or in front of my family; the security of knowing they’re putting my needs before their whims; not always, but I hate men that put my feelings aside to prove their point, especially i…

I obviously don’t speak for all women, but I have very progressive views and I would consider the following traits equate to a “high value man”: education, open mindedness, good manners, good communication, not insecure or jealous, independent, isn’t scared to set goals and go for it, and someone that makes me feel safe. I have my own career so a man’s money doesn’t hold much value for me, but I have found my previous partners end up resenting I make so much more than them (I love an artist, but…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
