Lol. Since you know exactly what men want, you shouldn’t need any help then.

Try working on your mental health. Poor mental health can show up physically and negatively impact your looks. No amount of makeup can hide depression. And men are very attuned to how happy or unhappy women are. Exercise is very helpful in improving mental health. So as you start working on losing the weight you kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

This might be tough but you may want to reach out to your exes and ask them why things didn’t work out. You may find the answers you’re looking for. Tell them to be brutally honest and be prepared for some uncomfortable truths.

Reading just like everyone else. I’m also learning Spanish on Duolingo. Learning a new language is definitely a good way to stimulate the brain.

I agree. That’s what I’ve been thinking. It nice to hear someone else say it.

I really hope you’re right about the pendulum settling back to the middle. I hope for a better future for my sons.

I’m a pelvic floor therapist and I’ve seen many patients like you. I’m glad you’re seeing a PT because it sounds like you have tight Pelvic floor muscles and low testosterone which causes low libido. You may need to find a sexual medicine specialist (they are rare and most OBGYNs have no clue about sexual medicine). They can help find out your free testosterone levels and prescribe an estrogen-testosterone gel to help with it. Depletion of testosterone is usually caused by prolonged birth contro…

I also had sex with my husband on the first date and we’ve been together now for almost 11 years. I used to feel bad about but not anymore. I spoke to him about it and he says there is nothing wrong with that when there is mutual attraction. Men can tell when you’re making up rules for them that you’ll easily break for men you’re more attracted to. From my understanding, men don’t disqualify you from wifey material if you have sex with them on the first date. It mostly women who shame other wome…

The hate comes from knowing deep down, marriage and motherhood is what they want, and another woman who has that or wants it is a constant reminder that they are not fit for it.

Many men prefer innocent women because its biology. Men are attracted to youth and fertility. Innocent women also don't have the milage and baggage that most modern women have today. This makes them better wives and mothers. Modern women know they cannot compete with that so they will rather shame men for their preferences. They hope that if they shame men maybe they can get a man that will take them with all their baggage and damage. Shaming will not work for majority of men though and innocenc…

Be careful what you consume on social media. Most of it is not real. Truly happy couples don’t need to post on social media. That said, it sounds like you care more about what your relationship looks like to others than how you truly feel in this relationship. If you are unable to separate the 2, and realize that what others think is not what makes relationships thrive then it will be difficult for you in any relationship.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
