That’s illegal and if I ever get asked that in a job interview, I’d report them immediately. It’s none of their damn business what’s going on in my personal life, nor will I indulge their mind games just so I can be lower on the pay scale than male coworkers simply because I might take maternity leave later on.

The father of my son has a sister who turned 34 this year and just married her 7th husband. She once admitted if the man doesn’t make 100K a year, she won’t be with them. Also admitted she was raised that way, which is funny seeing how her own mother and father have jobs…
