Women (and girls) are expected to be repulsed by sex. A teenage girl who willingly hooks up with her teacher will be derided as slutty, impure, damaged etc. However socially she can be redeemed as a victim. This is one of the highly discussed aspects of rape culture. "People don't blame victims of robbery for the crime!" Well... Actually they do. Often. Jogger robbed at knifepoint... Why were they running at sundown/that late/that early? Car broken into?
