Superb post. What a transformation and a real motivator to others. Can you go into a bit more detail on your fasting routine? What time do you eat breakfast and what do you eat? It's a tough one. I feel for him and the situation that he finds himself in and I hope he's able to fight his way through the treatment and come out healthy the other side. But the purest in me can't help but think that this is a fairly typical and predictable situation brought about because he chose the blue pill. I had the exact opposite schooling experience and it was a disaster for all of the boys with me. The girls got their A grades and when on to university to get degrees in English Lit and then marry doctors. Almost all of the boys went into the trades to drive diggers around.
