Child support is state-controlled thing, as is abortion, the laws vary per state. That being said, in the scenario above the father would still have to pay child support. Some states may have a law that allows something different but I highly doubt it. The law cannot force a man to submit to a paternity test, though, so you can refuse that. If women are required to enroll in selective service, it should be for non-combat positions only.
