I get what you mean. Although, I thought the convo here was more about the « basics ». Our bodies, men and women, do change at 40/45 years old and we do need to learn a few things. As a reply question, in general, are men aware that they’ll have to learn about « new » things (about their body, their sexual drive, about their partners body and drive too,..)? I’m f41, and most of the time, based on my experiences, I feel like I’m the only one aware about this and interested in reading and learning…

At 45 yo, I don’t think he will learn. If he hasn’t learned by that time, I wouldn’t have much expectations. HE needs to learn things, by himself.

Oh. Wow. sexiness is not the “new courage” and isn’t the measure of men. We look for many things in a potential partner, and yes, sexual attraction is one of them, but that’s FOR OUR PARTNER, and not THE measure of what makes a man and what doesn’t. That’s crazy. My brother is a man, a good one, but I absolutely don’t think he’s sexy even if I force myself to objectively assess his sexiness. He is how he is, and he’s just not the type of men I’m attracted to and that would ardoise me and stimula…

She’ll avoid eye contact, crack a shy-iss smile, will play with something with her fingers, touch/play kinda nervously with her hair, will look generally kinda nervous, she might seem like she’ll want to stick to her friend(s), etc. but at the same time, she’ll seem half-interested half not, she’ll listen to you and react to what you say but might not fully engage in a reply (as anyone would expect for the situation). Try asking open questions rather than yes-no questions. At that point anyone w…

To develop self esteem you need to do something new, something that surprises you about yourself, you need to challenge yourself, try new things, experiment things you’ve never done yet, and achieve (even if you don’t succeed at your first attempt, you’ll feel good just from getting out there and trying something new, something you had never done, or something you knew wouldn’t be easy).

I would suggest you to read a bit about tantric sex. I found out I was mainly doing this, like instinctively, naturally, after I read about it.. you don’t have to become 100% tantric, but I find the concept and insight from people that do this very helpful.

You can rub her clit and her vulva during penetration in some positions (please use lube or lots of saliva though). You can also lick, suck or play with her nipples the way she enjoys it (not all women enjoy the same nipples stimulation.. not all women actually enjoy nipples play.. some don’t feel much there). And if you’re comfortable, share a good intimacy and have talked about it before (very important!), you can play with her butthole in some positions: use lube! Caress it, slowly put a fing…

And by listening to her! if she tells you go « harder » or « faster », then you’re getting closer to jack hammering.. sometimes we do enjoy it, but the timing here is very important because her level of excitation needs to be there for her to enjoy it, and she’ll be wet enough to allow it to feel good. Look at her, look at her eyes, you’ll know. If you feel like she’s starting to get dry, slow down, go back to slow, deep strokes using your hips, or go back to preliminaries, eat her, try making h…

Communicate, communicate , communicate. You both have to be comfortable enough to communicate what you enjoy and how you enjoy it. When you know you can count on good communication, then you know that this thing you’re doing is good and that other didn’t do it for her because she’s giving you feedback and so you don’t have to use your brain to guess, which is where the anxiety comes from. When you have good communication you can turn off your brain and be in the moment 100%.

Woh y’all, calm down you guys! We know absolutely nothing about OP’s girl!! She can be a sweet, emotionally intelligent young woman, she could’ve been a virgin before that night also, and so she’ll fall for him before or harder that he will for her? And even if she wasn’t a virgin, this could still happen. It all depends on what she thinks of him, how she feels when she’s with him, the vibe they share, and how is the connection. Please stop projecting what has happened to you and how you were le…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
