Im married to a Saudi, and did it in Saudi with a Saudi contract. The contract is officiated by a judge who asks the bride face to face do you consent my child and she needs to answer I do , or I don’t. In the event she says I don’t an investigation case automatically opens up to follow up to rule out she wasn’t forced into the marriage (could be she just changed her mind).
