It does occur daily, especially in Thailand, but the stories are only written in local newspapers in non-english. Some hospitals in Thailand often report receiving two or three men with severed penises at the same time. In the west the only cases of women severing penises are committed by hispanic and asian women. You'd rethink the whole "white women are evil" stuff, cause compared with other women they don't seem that bad.
This happens every day in Thailand. Nothing new. Actually, it happens daily all over Asia too. If that doesn't cure your yellow fever I don't know what would.
