The first was an observation report by me as there were no police present. The second report was given to me in the form of an incident number. I attempted to get printed copies of the second report done by the local pd but they didn't print them in time. So as to what was on the report as a particular citation I don't know.

I had report numbers presented to the court in advance. I really wasn't able to say much. I don't believe I cited a statute because I don't know what it means to do that.

I filed a civil harassment restraining order. I had evidence and everything ready to present and tried multiple times to have the court have some of my copies of evidence but was just told to tell her what happened. I had a lawyer advise me on the process so there's no chance I got that wrong. The judge was just incredibly dismissive and seemed to have made her mind up before I spoke.

I had two police reports, multiple screengrab and phone records, eye witnesses, and self admissions by her in various forms. All evidence denied by the judge. Now she's trying to get a job at my workplace. This is what I'm most dreading.

She is actually very smart and got a degree in engineering. We never really talk about this stuff, but she has taken an interest in trying to help me see her point of view. We've observed that there is some cognitive dissonance between MRAs and feminists, wherein if I say something and make a point, she thinks I am making a different point than I am.
