I just hit 30 and the dates are more…lifeless? The girls just aren’t as willing to open up anymore. I’m sure that’s partly due to wanting to settle down, but I suspect there’s an adversarial attitude there as well.

Cold approach will completely change that. First month sucks and then you suddenly feel like a bo$$. Best way to get started is to find a group or something on Reddit and just go out and do it.

I had a friend like this, and I thought there was some secret. Turns out he was just handsome af and I just didn’t realise it because I’m straight.

Reddit is so f’d. This is why you gotta be VERY VERY careful taking life advice from here. The advice I gave is what someone with decades of life experience will tell you. It’s what people from cultures that have strong and continuous marriage habits will tell you. Unfortunately those people are too busy to be on Reddit and so instead you have inexperienced dorks who think they know everything trying to sound smart.

Wow this question couldn’t have been timed better; have been pondering this same thing. Here’s the real answer: women are inherently boring. They’re silly and dumb and like frivolous things. But that’s a good thing. They are your support, your homemaker, your emotional safety. They’re not meant to have sperg-discussions about Dostoyevsky or whatever with you. Whatever you’re into, they’re into, and they’ll enthusiastically nod and support you in your interests but won’t take an active opinionate…

Oh those were user responses? Perfect man! Bro, you need to expand this. Lots of opportunity here for people of different professions to practice, anything which requires unscripted performance. I can easily see you becoming a millionaire or more. Have you thought about joining an accelerator like YC or techstars?

So one of the things I did was read through user responses. They’re both better and worse than the suggested AI responses. Here’s my suggestion: Let us upvote/downvote user responses, and the absolute bangers will float to the top

Get an investor dude! I can see this going big (I literally had this same idea a month ago but you got to it first)

Absolutely. And likewise, let’s stop with the man hating.

Ahh dang. Redditors always looking through post history. Sorry if I came off like a dickhead. And thanks for acknowledging.

Hmmm. This might be the best response I’ve seen to my post so far. Very unique perspective and probably true. However, I don’t understand why such a front is so common in America but was relatively uncommon in other countries I visited. Could be my perception is off, but my gut tells me something is wrong with what we’re teaching young women.

I understand you went through some traumatic experiences, and those guys were absolute filth, and I wish that never happened and honestly it’s the counter to my argument in a way. But this is such an anti-Life position. Guys will have to approach girls, it’s just life, it’s part of the story of humanity. When it’s done poorly, yes it’s terrible. But when it’s done beautifully it’s worth it.

Dude there are definately friendlier and more socially lubricated places. I think considering the statistical trends proving men and women are more apart than ever, my post isn’t completely invalid.

I was in eastern, I thought the ladies there were so nice! I’m not even talking about flirting, they were just so ‘human’, asking about my life, I ask about theirs, etc.

Dude I’m 29. Please don’t use rehashed PUA talking points on me. Besides I’m speaking on a social trend that is actually evident.

In 15 years I wanna have 3 kids one of em in high school lol. Personally I don’t think it’s gonna be smooth sailing next 15 years. There’s gonna be some political turmoil from this shit.

Your point is invalid. I found it much easier to mingle with women and make friends in other countries. They also have smartphones. I’m extremely certain this is a philosophy/beliefs problem.

I can’t speak for others, but I’ve done this before. Growing up I was mostly ignored or reacted to negatively by women. Looking back, these girls were insecure just like me and maybe thought it would hurt her image to associate with a nerdy dude. It’s ok. Fast forward a couple years and I’m in good shape, with a really high salary, apartment in Manhattan, the whole thing. I’m like 25 and only just starting to date. Having never had even a female friend til then, I cooked up this amazing image in…

Hmm have not heard that one lol, although makes sense. I mostly find transplants from bum-fuck Milwaukee or something and they try to overcompensate by acting tough. Idk NY has a dark energy to it.

Yeah I’m gonna go against the grain here and say Cali, specifically LA. Both r good options, but Californians are so naturally friendly that it translates (imo) to easier lays. I’m a native New Yorker and am tired of the shitty attitude New Yorkers have.

That’s cuz Reddit is 90% dogshit advice. It’s the 10% of replies that know what the fuck they are talking about that makes things worth it. Read Amaran345 response, dude gave the best answer.

lol there’s this travel vlogger I watch named bald and bankrupt. He’s hands down the most charismatic human I’ve ever seen. Everyone loves him. I noticed that he honestly never says anything super clever, neither does he say stuff that’s super basic like ‘hi’. Often he’ll be like “oh my god, that’s a lovely hat! Where can I get one?”, and then the funny hat Peruvian lady will smile and then a small convo will start…and they won’t even speak the same language! Honestly the guy has super powers. A…

I grew up with two cultures, Western and Eastern. There’s so much I love about Western culture, so many things it gets right. And yet, there are valuable learnings from Eastern cultures too. When I visit my family roots, the elders often tell us, just as the year has seasons so do human beings, and the wise man plants what each season demands. In that sense, there is an age to be playful, an age to be ambitious, and an age to hunker down and take care of your loved ones. There’s a lot of reward …

I know I’m much younger, but I think you shouldn’t pay too much mind to the attention you’re getting. You’ve done plenty of dating, sowed your oats, at this point I don’t think what you and your wife have built is worth throwing away for some poon. Family requires sacrifice, etc.

I don't wanna reveal which FAANG I work for but I make about total comp 200k a year. However I'm interviewing again and aiming for Meta this time. The target salary if I pass will be 300k or above. My coworker just got hired there and is gonna get 385k. I never check prices at restaraunts, buy the highest quality version of clothing I want, live in an expensive part of NYC, etc. For sure your lifestyle changes. As for how you get in, referrals help you at least get an interview (sometimes), afte…

+1 to the more confident thing. I think having a high-stakes job where you have to hold difficult conversations with no-nonsense people helps a lot.

It'll happen bro. The point of my post is to highlight that we all peak at different times. It's not a one-size fits all. Find and get ready for your time bro.
/r/seduction28/10/24 05:08 PM

Interesting. Why do you say it matters the most during this time? I often hear it's best to peak in college and find your future spouse as a result, in this way you have a soft landing straight into family life.

Of course as a grown man nothing happens to me unless I want it to, family or other, but they make arguments saying I'm getting old and that it will be difficult to get a wife in my 30s. For some reason the idea of marriage doesn't yet sit well with my gut and this post was my realization as to why.

I'll add a comment here that it isn't just physical and career that peaks, but also charisma. I feel WAY more charismatic now than I ever did in college. Something as simple as making comments to strangers, I do a lot more of it now. Ever seen Bald and Bankrupt? Not saying I'm anywhere near his level (dude's a legend) but I've exhibited more of that quality as of late. Some of it might be attributable to the corporate life I lived so far, where you have to be very particular about your words, as…

Lol I definately can't just say that, Muslim background, wouldn't go well haha But I think it's more than just what you do, I am thinking some men are just genetically predisposed to procreate at a later age.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
