There is a Shyness Clinic in Los Altos, California that helps shy people get over their anxieties and shyness. AND THEY ARE DOING EXACTLY THE SAME as in this article with their patients, except the patients walk up to anybody between 18 up to oldest. They do this everyday in 30 days. And yes, it works.
