I think the difference is that mens’ nipples and womens’ nipples are functionally different. Womens’ nipples are frequently used as a method of arousal and stimulation. Which is, at most, uncommon for guys. Also everything sexy becomes much less sexy in an educational or artistic perspective. Middle school health class wasn’t exactly arousing and we saw pictures of penises and vaginas plenty during that. Plenty of naked statues and paintings have been made but I’ve never been aroused by them.
