3	"Finally sent child support" The problem with this is, unlike WIC or other assistance programs you're not always guaranteed support by the non custodial parent. So say she spends her entire paycheck on bills then school fees, lunch money, extra curricular activities, etc. and then when she finally receives CS late and she's broke they don't have money to go to Dave & Buster's as a reward for working hard in school. 4	"Finally sent child support" As a single parent this frustrates me a bit. The majority of my income goes toward raising my son. Despite having a higher income than me, my ex pays a whopping $130 a month. The support is directly added to a card. Usually I take the money out in cash and deposit it into the bank to be used as general fund but there have been times when I used the card to purchase things directly.
