1	After 5 years in the PNW I'm ready to get the fuck out. Here's some random observations. I've lived many places, including Seattle and Portland, and I did really well in both and didn't experience the vast majority of what you're describing. Girls are more liberal than in other places but game is game and liberal girls respond to it just like any other kind of girl. Invest in a ball gag from one of the many sex toy shops that dot both cities. I do think Portland is more fun and more sexual than Seattle. The "Seattle Freeze" is bullshit.
