Well then they should build their own behaviors instead of following poor examples.

I know this is Reddit and people expect some biased random survey/article to validate their point but I don’t. I don’t need one in this case to know what I’ve seen. If you want to deny hookup culture exists please go ahead. I’ve seen plenty of examples that it does.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 07:47 PM

I know no one admits to it on here but like I said hookups have always been prevalent wherever I’ve been. I’m not the one involved but most others are or have been. I’m basing this off real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 06:53 PM

Sure but with this being the case why are hookups so popular? It’s always been pretty common wherever I’ve been but I don’t see the benefit on their side if it’s not even pleasurable.

I think we both agree that the 80% are not down bad as dramatically as others say they are. But I don’t think they are having much success either. Maybe not all are destroyed but I think most have had this take a toll on them even with a little success here and there. For me cruising along does not sound like a win.

Ok if you’re concerned about the technicalities of what’s percentage of men this applies to so be it. For me it’s enough to be an issue. The pace that it’s escalating to thanks to COVID and OLD are more concerning to me but I’m not going to bore you because as you’ve stated you don’t care about this and I get it. Just curious of what it was that was upsetting about it and now I see.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:57 PM

I’m just pointing out the lack of empathy for others who are facing issues you don’t is very similar. Not expecting anything from anyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:51 PM

The thing is there are a lot that are. Idk if it’s most yet but we are coming closer and closer they way we are headed. I’d at least call it common.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:47 PM

Ok maybe they all aren’t that bad but being social and confident does not guarantee success in dating. I think that 80% represents those who struggle to find and maintain relationships so not all total failures.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:45 PM

“Screw them I got mine who cares” This sounds like the boomers who bought houses for dirt cheap in the 90s watching the prices become unattainable for anyone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:39 PM
5

Why does it upset you that they struggle dating and are frustrated? Maybe it’s not most guys but it’s a decent chunk. Enough to be relevant for many people to relate.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:36 PM

Truth. A lot of these ideas I think come from those in college where it’s much easier to make friends. Past that point it’s much harder to establish a new group and even if you do you’d need to befriend guys who are part of groups that have women in them. Many guys you make friends with may be in a similar situation and if you hang out with them you still won’t meet any women. Now excuse me I need to go work on my shitty personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/22 03:31 PM

It’s funny because I see later on they made sure they commented about how their husband has had PLENTY of previous LTRs and casual hookups. Still gotta convince yourself he was wanted right? Preselection is one of those things that’s blatantly true but probably done subconsciously without even noticing. I get not wanting to admit it maybe it’s s pride thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 07:33 PM

Sure it happens but I think it’s trending more and more towards them choosing to stay single instead of accepting anything less than perfect. So while they may be in the minority now it’s gotten more common and looks like it’s continuing to do so.

Thought this was written by a woman but anyway what’s the point of your post? You just admitted the 20% theory is true. Then you admit they are settling for financially stable men. Is this another “it’s so easy to get dates” brag post? You know these things are happening clearly and are not fantasy.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 11:31 PM
5

Ok then this whole thing is not a fantasy. It’s setting for a financially stable guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 10:53 PM
11

In the scenario you’ve mentioned it’s more like those women are settling because they eventually realize they aren’t getting that top tier guy. The top 20% is who they want but they’ve got to face reality at some point and they don’t want to be alone so they settle for an average guy. You may consider that success in dating but other guys may not.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 10:35 PM

If they could find people in real life they wouldn’t need to use online dating in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 01:26 AM

If you’re in a situation where you’re completely ignored naturally the people ignoring you are going to feel less real to you. The people who actually engage with you are going to feel real compared to others who could care less about you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 08:47 PM
2

In the comment I replied to you said quiet shy and nerdy. In this comment you said hot and assertive with a large online following. Those are 2 different people. If you’re attractive being assertive is just a bonus. If you’re into math it goes from being nerdy to intelligent. Anything you like will be spun positively.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 08:44 PM
5

Sure the nerdy guy might get lucky with a couple but he’s not going to have women lining up to be with him like the proclaimed “bad boy”. The nerdy guy won’t be able to reach that level I matter how well he understands his niche.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 05:46 PM

I don’t even think the act alone of being an athlete or in a frat means anything. It’s really just the clout they’re after like you said. If you’re on a small team that gets no attention or an academic focused frat women could care less. If you’re in the frat or team talked about all over social media then all of a sudden you have their attention. Crazy how clout alone makes a woman attracted to you despite the type of person you are.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/22 05:43 PM
2

This seems pretty typical now in western culture. In this instance I do think the women are in the right here but even when they are totally wrong the blame is still going to fall in the man. Doesn’t matter who’s fault it is. He takes the blame and they place the burden on him to fix it. I think this is what op was getting at but I don’t think he used a good example.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 02:38 PM
4

This is way oversimplified. I’m sure you have more qualifications than just someone who likes you.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/22 05:39 PM
5

Maybe but you don’t have to know what it is to share the same ideology and struggle. There are plenty of guys who go through the same problems described in Rp but have no idea what Rp is. The problems they face are widespread while the sub may not be.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/22 02:50 PM
4

Maybe you will but we are seeing this less and less. Maybe boomers and up are all paired up. Millennials and current generations who have always had the internet and dating apps are not. I definitely see a shift to where the average guy is starting to get left out.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/22 03:29 PM
1

The point of the op is that attractiveness is more important. They all needed to pass that threshold before anyone women would even think to give them a chance. Those guys passed that test even though you are spinning this as if they are ugly. You can be an extroverted party guy but if they deem you unattractive you’ll be seen as annoying instead or end up as a party friend in best case scenario.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/22 06:16 PM

Reddit. It’s the only place where this is pulled off. You and I know this fairytale does not happen in reality. According to this site I’d walk outside and see nothing but unattractive men with beautiful wives and women lined up for them to get a piece of their “personality”. I think people make outlandish comments like this to make their argument seem legit.

At least you have the awareness to acknowledge this.

It’s kinda like when they get spoiled they become ungrateful and start to demand more and more. They’ve become so accustomed to being treated like royalty that it’s become the bare minimum for them now. It all taken for granted. Also other post looks like a troll but these days who knows.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 03:56 PM

I don’t need you to explain anything to me. I already know how this works and I’m going to discuss this topic online regardless of what you think is complaining. You’re going to worship guys who are 6’3 as you’ve just said and I’m going to laugh at how silly it is. You seem to get off to finding guys who struggle with dating and kicking them while their already down so there’s not really much to be said here other than empathizing with them which clearly would never happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/22 04:42 PM
2

Again it’s sad that this is even a comparison. It’s sad that you’re worshiping them as some superstar that can do something the average man can’t. And wtf are you telling me to move on from? Explaining to other people who don’t understand this? You should be telling the women who all think they can secure the top 20% guy to move on and accept they can’t. Instead you choose to berate and insult me and other’s because we aren’t those guys. Classy.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/22 03:49 PM

You’re missing the analogy. The point from him is the bar is ridiculously high. It’s that you shouldn’t need to be a billionaire to be considered acceptable. The point of success should not be comparable to being a billionaire. The fact that the comparison between these 2 things is accurate is what’s sad.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:32 PM
1

She’s pretty accurate aside from the sharing pics although that does happen. For men Number of partners = respect. I’ve never seen an environment where this isn’t true and yes guys will get together and talk about it. I guess there are small pockets where guys aren’t interested in this so that might be where you are but majority are all about this.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/22 05:11 PM
1

I see what you’re saying. I’m all for self improvement but I’ve taught myself not to get down when it doesn’t improve my dating life and not expect it to. Good thoughts thanks for sharing
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/22 08:03 PM
2

I’d say they are equally as shallow best case and to your point I don’t believe that the level of success required for men to be selective is obtainable in many cases. Even when it is possible, for me I don’t think that the huge amount of effort of focusing all of my time on to becoming some person who women like is justified. I’d rather be myself and do what I enjoy then fake it as someone I’m not because that’s what women want. They don’t like me oh well I guess I’ll have only guy friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/22 07:34 PM
3

That may have been true in the past but times are changing. More and more people are staying single and alone now.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/22 06:47 PM
4

Not getting your first paragraph. Most men don’t have room to be picky. They will date whatever they can get. Don’t see how men are more selective than women with how high their standards are now. Also no I don’t see attractive women with unattractive men although according to Reddit this is common? I do like the 2nd paragraph but I think their requirements shift from physical to more financial and social status as time goes on because they have less available as you said.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/22 06:13 PM
2

I have to disagree with this one. Playing sports never made me a desirable to women as I and other guys thought it would. Yes I got outside and was in decent shape but women never cared. Most I came across didn’t even like sports. They still weren’t attracted. Being an athlete doesn’t always translate into being in the top 20%. Maybe if you go pro the status and money may help.

Same. TIL I’ve only experienced LVW.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/21 08:02 PM

In general yes men are at a disadvantage but #2 is more of an advantage than a disadvantage. Although many here deny the science pre-selection is real. I know you’ve heard the saying about how when your married/relationship now you have interest. It’s a joke because there’s truth behind it. When they see other women are accepting of you and want you now all of a sudden they now want you. Doesn’t make sense but that’s what’s instincts drive them to.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/21 07:45 PM

Being compliant may be a reason but not the only reason. The ex could have gotten those acts because she was attracted to him and was more willing to go out of her way to please him. She may have offered without even being asked if he’s top 20%. If the new average bf is not getting these acts already he’s not going to change her mind just because he demands so. If she was willing to perform acts with an ex and not her current bf she respected her ex more and was more attracted to her ex. You can…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/21 09:40 PM

This is what I would think but if so why is hookup culture and FWB so popular with women now? They are only getting this male interest and not the commitment.

Thank you for proving the 80/20 rule to be true.

I mostly saw this when a couple transitions from seeing each other regularly into a long term relationship. I most always ends badly and someone ends up cheating. And yes maybe not always a week but typically when you get to a month or 2 they start to break down. Seen it and lived it countless times. If you don’t know any cheaters than that’s excellent and they way it should be.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 07:39 PM
1

In that case I must be a terrible person then because this type of thing was a normal occurrence for me but really I don’t think this was me attracting others like myself. It seemed more like they saw someone who they could get over on and take advantage of easily. The one thing they all had in common is that they were all promiscuous which is why that’s now a red flag for me and why I made my original comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 07:33 PM

I’m not really looking for a solution to this. I’m more explaining why guys may not notice women are going out to get laid. When you aren’t invited to the game it feels like it’s not happening. It may take a while to realize this.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 05:23 PM
3

True but I don’t think the problem is always knowing where to find them. It’s that your chances of being the one they are searching for is quite low. If I go to a bar it’s going to feel like they aren’t out to get laid because they aren’t going to give me the time of day but reality is I’m not seeing it because they are looking for top 20%.

You can call it what you want but my main point is that it’s not that I think other people don’t have control but when you’re dealing with those with a high libido the chances of them not having control are going to be much greater if you don’t keep them satisfied on a regular basis. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows as you’re painting it out to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 04:58 PM
1

It’s not even always a case of control. It’s a case of they wasn’t it now and their partner is not around so they go with the guy whose available and closest at the time. They know what they are doing is wrong but they might not care. Welcome to dating as a “average” guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 03:26 PM
1

A week is dramatic but it’s just an example. If they have a high drive then yes definitely possible. When they are used to getting it every day and their partner is gone for a long period that guy who she’s been ignoring starts to look a lot more attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 03:20 PM
1

Yeah maybe what you thought was high may have actually been normal or maybe you lucked into a loyal woman. I’m telling you from experience that is exactly how it has happened every time. I’d rather not go into detail but if there’s a night i say I’m not in the mood she’s out to get it from someone else. I’ve learned that if she wants it give it too her if you want to keep her around. If you want to claim it’s not like that go ahead but that’s not the life I’ve lived.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 04:47 AM
1

Ok. Maybe too late but to explain my argument is that it’s not widely considered a bad thing. Only by those who are negatively effected by it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 04:38 AM

?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 02:05 AM
1

That’s an intestinal point to think about. While this can be a positive the downside I see to this is that you now need to always keep her satisfied. Say you go a week without giving it to her, she’s liable to get it from someone else due to her higher drive. It would be nice but could rise the chances of her cheating.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 02:03 AM
3

Well this may be the one case where that term is acceptable. I love how having this advantage is not enough. They have to talk down to everyone else call them low value because they don’t succeed in OLD.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/21 07:39 PM
5

I don’t think it is. They don’t need to bring any value in most cases. They are of low supply and high demand so existing is enough to be successful and have multiple offers available.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/21 07:27 PM
1

What? Not everything is acceptable on your profile because you come off bragging as a show off. Things like having a nice car, high number of partners, etc are all things you communicate at the right time when that topic comes up. I’d imagine people with this advantage are smooth about how they communicate this privately rather than listing their personal experience to everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/21 05:52 PM
-1

No because I don’t think it’s enough to impress anyone but if I did have a good amount yes I’d definitely make sure they know because I have no doubt it would make me way more attractive to most. I need every advantage I can get.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/21 04:38 PM
1

Yes it absolutely is a positive. They will say he has experience, they will value the validation he has from other women. It’s completely up to women to decide this as the other commuter said and they instead praise and seek it as a bonus.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/21 04:25 PM
3

If imagine introverted men struggle with dating since they probably would tend to be more quiet, unless they are top 20% type attractive. The more men talk and are outgoing the more successful they are in dating. If not it’s typically a negative that women hate.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/21 08:55 PM
3

The bar is set so high for men at this point many of them are aware but don’t think it’s even worth it. Why run through the long list of how to change yourself to become emotionally, physically, financially, etc in the hopes of attracting more women? They could just be themselves and try out whoever still likes them.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/21 05:24 PM
1

They can comment all they want but I’m saying it’s going to make this topic continue to be brought up and debated. Also really the only sub I see people admit these things are true is FDS. Most others want to deny reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/21 02:49 PM
1

You calling pre-selection a manufactured idea and those comments challenging these beliefs are why these are posted so much. I’m only explaining a case of why this happens since you brought it up originally which is a legit concern. If men’s dating issues upset you I have no idea why that is. Not arguing against your comment or the others I’ve mentioned.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/21 08:10 PM
5

On Reddit they do. The comment thread of posts like this are filled with “I don’t think like that” followed by anecdotal evidence of why it isn’t true. For example every post about height is has the abundance of “I’m 5’11 and my bf is 5’2 this can’t be tru” type comments. This fuels the fire to make guys want to prove their case that it is true. And in reality yes I bet they don’t care but men do because most of us need to be aware of every advantage we can get because we need all of them if we …
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/21 07:48 PM
17

The reason this topic is repeated is because women will often times deny this is true. Guys will dig up evidence to try to prove a point. Same goes for the whole height and personality thing. Which seems obvious to us but others will always deny this even when backed by evidence and I think that is what keeps this going.

Sir while I’m very impressed with the number of women you’ve been with my point hasn’t changed. As I’m sure you’ve read in my previous comment, I’m all for working on yourself and encourage self improvement although I don’t believe that going the the gym and working on yourself will result in women flocking to you when they wouldn’t be otherwise. I’ve taken this advice and watched others do the same. Women didn’t care before and still didn’t after and I don’t expect them to. Maybe some do you’re…

I like the thought here and agree but that’s not how I’ve seen it play out. I think it’s great to go about life working on yourself without worrying about attracting women. The result I’ve seen from this is that they will continue to ignore the fact you exist. If they didn’t like a guy before they still didnt acknowledge him after going to the gym and no longer obsessing about women. They usually aren’t even paying enough attention to even notice a guy has done this if they weren’t interested in…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/21 04:38 PM

This is only if you have a large amount of followers, comments, and likes. If you are using IG to flex this than yes it could be better because women will be drooling over this. This can also make up for lack of looks.

Approached as in hit on no. Average guys under 6ft are not getting approached unless it’s known they are well off financially or have celeb like status in my experience. Never seen it.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/20 02:16 PM

So what is a dweeb? And what do you propose they do since they are so unbearable to be around?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/20 01:19 PM
7

Ah as a dweeb (average guy) you can’t win. You either approach and get rejected and labeled a creep (dweeb) for doing the same thing “attractive” men do or don’t approach as they want you to do and continue to be alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/20 01:14 PM

Exactly. Do people believe a politician gives a fuck about the way men are treated in relationships? Pretty sure they are all married which clearly demonstrates their beliefs and support for a bluepilled lifestyle.

This is you backtracking after originally mentioning whips and cotton fields which turned into “hard labor” after you were called out. You’re just as ignorant as the people who claim anti-white and box an entire race of people as one. Luckily majority of people don’t share your sick little fantasy and the ones who do are man enough to admit it.
/r/MGTOW05/06/20 06:49 PM

I know exactly what you said. It’s quite obvious the ignorant shit you’re hinting at. It’s a shame you don’t have the courage to actually say it.

Cotton fields? How is that at all an appropriate or serious comment? And how is that going to fix anything?
/r/MGTOW05/06/20 01:07 PM
1

Ok that’s not what you said... You said the “black” people need to get their anger out as if everyone in this group was one race. By blaming black people only you’re giving everyone else acting out a free pass? Also now lumping in black people who don’t have anything to do with this group.
/r/MGTOW05/06/20 12:59 PM
6

And what’s to be said about the people doing this who aren’t black? Pretend they don’t exist to fit your narrative?
/r/MGTOW05/06/20 04:55 AM
2

Yes I would say that is exactly what they are trying to do and these desperate attempts to hookup are driven by the lack of love they are receiving. The longer you go without eating the more desperate and aggressive you become to eat.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/20 02:16 AM
2

And ...? I just broke down to you why this happens since you’ve brought it up. If you want to debate the morality of the specific ways that aggression is expressed that’s not what I’m talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/20 01:55 AM
2

The reason so many have become thirsty and aggressive is because they have been deprived of love due to them not being in that top 15-20%. Constant deprivation will create this aggression naturally. The top 20% can get straight to the point even if it’s in a rude manor because it will still work for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/20 01:42 AM

Love how you imply people vote conservative because of their hate for black people. So Texas will be red due to their hate according to you? What do you expect conservatives are going to do to them that will please these hate filled people you seem to know so well? Also if you have been paying attention, the crowds of these demonstrations have been very diverse and many times not even majority black. To pin riots specifically on one race is ridiculously narrow minded. It’s more of a group sharin…

This is what I don’t understand. I thought there is somewhat close to an even 50/50 split between genders with there being more females than males. How is it that fewer women are on the market without fewer men being on the market? Wouldn’t there need to be a huge difference in count?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/20 11:38 PM
1

Yes it would be. What I was saying is that living that way would shrink your dating pool because many women would not be attracted to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/20 11:35 PM

Well yes it is practically impossible for the average person to achieve now a days. I’m just referring to the type of lifestyle one would live while attempting to do so.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/20 10:56 PM

What I described is a part of one’s personality. Living a FIRE lifestyle as he described is what I said I don’t think most women like. They want to get out and always be active traveling taking vacations etc as I’ve seen it which is not a part of living to FIRE.

Yes but now your pool is significantly decreased. I’d think that majority of them would not even consider a guy living a FIRE type lifestyle.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/20 09:22 PM

I also feel like it’s uncaring. Wondering why some like it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/20 04:10 AM

It may very well be obvious to some but I’m rarely in that situation so I don’t know as much.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/20 03:48 AM

I don’t think it’s easy that’s why I’m asking questions to try to understand the complexity of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/20 01:06 AM
1

It’s not always as obvious as this but my question wasn’t really when should a guy be aggressive. It was more why do they say they don’t like aggressive men as many in this post have said. This isn’t true in most cases. They actually do he was just explaining what this meant in the other comments.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/20 09:11 PM
3

So when they say they don’t like aggressive men they really do but only if they are aggressive when they want them to be basically?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/20 04:54 PM
2

It’s funny because I hear this but also hear that they want aggressive guys. Seems like aggressive guys are the ones having success so how is that also a turn off at the same time?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/20 02:56 PM
2

Yeah and I could be rude and say you want a pity party for that and tell you that you need to make changes to fix that like you told me.... but I’m not. Imagine if someone told you you’re blaming everyone but yourself for that. It would be wrong to say but yet that’s how you speak to other people.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 04:43 PM

The only thing i want is for people to acknowledge that it is a disadvantage. No not impossible to get past but a disadvantage. I see I’ll never get that.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 06:36 AM

I think it’s that many guys can’t relate. These encounters can be hard to come by so the opportunity for the Coolidge effect may never come. I think both are bad but I know I couldn’t e engage in this even if I wanted to because I don’t have those new opportunities thrown at me.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 08:18 PM

Why do you think being single makes you a loser? And being married makes you successful and cool?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 07:37 PM
3

It’s probably easier to deny it’s an issue if you haven’t experienced it. It’s not the only thing that matters but it’s always going to play a big role.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 06:34 PM
3

While it’s entertaining to read so many comments of anecdotal evidence about this it doesn’t change the reality of it. Of course some people will luck out and beat the odds. Majority will struggle. I just don’t understand why people deny this to be an issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 06:01 PM
1

Leaving everything you have to move to a place where you think women will like you is not a good decision. They can get laid in the same way that someone can win the lottery but it will not change the fact that it is a disadvantage in dating and you’re severely underestimating how much of a disadvantage it really is.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 05:11 PM
7

You really expect people to suddenly uproot their whole life and move to an area where they think there are lower tier men so they will have a better chance of dating? Also how can you solve the problem of a physical trait you cannot change? It isn’t that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 03:49 PM
2

All valid points. Although these cases seem to be in the minority I still am bothered by how Reddit users talk as if this is the norm even when science says otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/20 01:29 AM
3

But the members of “IT” always say height doesn’t matter, personality does. Also everyone gives examples of how they married shorter men in the comments. How does this happen given the opposite stated in the OP??
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/20 12:38 AM
2

There are plenty who don’t. I’ve struggled to do so and always have so I rarely did. Just never been good with them or could relate so I doubt they wanted to anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/20 03:13 PM

Why would you want more restrictions put on the people?
/r/MGTOW06/01/20 09:48 PM

Why is this a bad thing? We’re already overpopulated as is and most under 30 don’t even have the resources to support a family.
/r/MGTOW28/12/19 06:14 PM
2

What do you consider socially well adjusted? Also how many friends is acceptable? I wonder how that comes into play. Like say a guy is usually solo or just moved to a new city and doesn’t know anyone. Is that a big turn off or deal breaker?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/19 03:17 AM

Social media and tinder has upped the standards for men to a level most can’t reach. Women get online and see perfectly crafted images of good looking rich guys and create an image of what they want based on this. When in reality most guys are not that perfect. Guys get on social media and see a ton of good looking women and want to hit on all of them. Woman are more picky now but men have always been thirsty. I still see that Women’s standards would have risen to this level regardless of the th…

So if I don’t support billionaires I’m blue pulled? Have no idea why Bezos is praised here. He is not mgtow but the complete opposite. He lost a ton in his divorce and is now currently dating another gold digger which I’m sure is getting millions from him. So I have to support him simping or I’m blue pilled? ok...

I feel some animosity behind this post. Anyway to answer I did put tons of effort into it at first. After time when on I realized that the effort wasn’t paying off anymore as the attention I once got was gone so I stopped and started spending time enjoying myself instead. I realized that majority of what they find attractive isn’t always something you can just create yourself. Like I still stay fit but more so now to stay healthy rather than impress women.

/r/MGTOW24/12/19 07:19 AM

It’s the same thing and they carry the same problems. The issue is guys are not held accountable by women in this area so they do whatever they want. Guy has a high count makes him more valuable/wanted by a woman when in reality it should be a red flag and a key indicator he is more inclined to do you wrong. Both genders should be held accountable but only one is.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/19 02:55 PM

Exactly op assumes this post is a woman but it could very well be a guy saying this. More important fact is where the idea came from.

It’s more of an evolutionary/scientific claim rather than RP.

He said 100 women like that number is reserved for billionaires lmao. He bought all of them a anyone could have done that. It’s one thing to have political preferences but I’ve never seen people worship their candidate like a God it’s actually creepy.

Again politics have nothing to do with how you are treated in a relationship. Also, it’s not about my preferences. The purpose of having subreddits is to have relevant content posted about their topics unlike this post. A political party is not going to stop someone from cheating. There are other subs about politics, not this one. Read the about section...

I don’t have to dig it’s quite obvious by the post. I’ve asked for an explanation and haven’t seen one so if you would like to argue otherwise I would love to hear it
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 10:57 PM
2

I would have experienced bad relationships regardless of what political party was in power. Political posts that relate to this sub are fine. Random posts taking about the left and Islamist don’t belong in this sub. I now have to sift through these posts to find anything relevant.
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 08:33 PM
1

I mean ok some aspects of the sub could possibly relate to politics but stuff like this post has no context or explanation of why it was posted here. All I’ve been seeing from this group is far right conservative propaganda. I respect other people’s views but that has no impact on going your own way. I’m not going my own way because of a political party or a religion it’s because I don’t see relationships working out long term.
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 08:21 PM
6

This sub is really getting out of control with all the political bs. Please explain to me what any of this has to do with going your own way?
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 08:07 PM

Despite the comments here affordable housing IS an issue and needs to be addressed but it applies to both genders not just one as the op assumes.
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 06:36 PM
-9

So this is racial thing... Figures.
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 06:08 PM

Again since this is such a prominent issue who is deserving of the sexist man award since he is not?
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 05:58 PM

Ok so what’s the point of adding the sexiest man nomination in this? What’s the issue who is it supposed to be?
/r/MGTOW13/12/19 05:29 PM
0

Exactly wtf is up with all the political posts in here? Last time I checked going your own way had nothing to do with politics or climate change. There are other subs for that take it there. They need to make a rule to stop this.
/r/MGTOW12/12/19 01:04 PM
0

If that is truly the case than maybe op could be wrong. What he said may happen but it’s good to know that there are places where average people are given a chance. You have given me hope thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 11:31 PM
0

That’s why I’m wondering what you consider average. Because if those married dads are over 6ft and make 6 figures they might higher than average. It may be that the standards are high for guys so average may be skewed.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 11:19 PM
0

I’m not saying my definition is universal or even correct. This was my point that average can have different meanings and it is difficult to determine what it actually is.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 10:29 PM
1

I haven’t had to judge men romantically before so I have no idea what makes them average or not from the other perspective. I can only judge by how much interest they get. Many guys who are considered above average I don’t see much special about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 09:47 PM
1

I don’t see how. Most Chad traits defined by Reddit cannot be bought or earned. The term seems to describe someone who was born with all the traits needed to succeed in dating with putting in little to no effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 09:22 PM
1

I wonder where this stuff happens because I don’t see this at all. Average guys I’ve encountered have struggled the most in keeping relationships and did not end up married. Most of the guys I’ve see that have ended up married were considered “above average” judging by their height and previous success in dating compared to others. I think the definition of “average” is what makes things complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 09:16 PM
4

With standards and expectations at all time highs I’d argue that many of them already do feel like they are dating down although it may appear as if they aren’t to others.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/19 04:54 PM
7

I don’t think so either but I don’t think it’s an option. I think that the women guys engage with minimize conversations to surface level and basic topics intentionally because they are not interested in the guys. I’ve noticed that when I have talked to women they don’t engage in the conversation which may appear boring but when they talk to a guy they are interested in they immediately light up and show more of their personality. If this happens consistently it seems like they are all uninteres…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/19 03:55 PM
1

Ok all of that will help im sure but when it comes to defining low value I think there is more that is required than only being “alpha” such as money, social status, and physical appearance. As you said most guys are deemed low value. So you pretty much need everything going right for you to be high value which puts you in the top percent of guys so pretty much as perfect as you can be. Of course no ones truly 100% perfect.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/19 05:37 PM
0

And what defines an alpha?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/19 04:13 AM
-1

What is low value to you then? Because I don’t think we have the same idea in mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/19 03:13 AM
5

Today “Low value” means not perfect.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/19 01:47 AM
3

Would a religious sect do that? I thought they oppose LGBTQ?
/r/MGTOW06/12/19 09:57 PM
7

If this is the case wouldn’t it be better to stick with LTRs? What’s the point of engaging in casual if it isn’t good for you and only for them?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/19 05:16 PM
1

Exactly. It can be trashy but it can also be sexy when the right girl does it the right way. But really I could care less if they do it or not it’s not like I’m marrying them.
/r/MGTOW03/12/19 07:07 PM
0

How did he even get a chance if you weren’t attracted to him? Don’t most reject in this scenario? Also how is he now handsome did he change his face in some way?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/19 06:07 PM
1

It sounds like they need to be convinced that because they are the ones who in most cases want to reach marriage so badly. It’s pretty much everyone’s goal to get married which I don’t understand. I guess life gets boring and they need something to excite them.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/19 04:58 PM

Oh ok I thought you were being sarcastic sorry man lol
/r/MGTOW26/11/19 08:24 PM

He’s already rebounded, dating Lauren Sanchez now. May get him into more trouble which is why I don’t see him as going his own way but I’m not mad at him. When you’re that rich why not mess around
/r/MGTOW26/11/19 01:05 AM
9

I mean this is pennies to him. What does this have to do with this sub tho? He’s not going his own way he’s in a relationship but that’s completely unrelated to his donations.
/r/MGTOW26/11/19 12:34 AM

Saw some guy on here before on a different post telling everyone who said this that the cdc can tell who’s lying or not based on special algorithms it has. But yeah I don’t believe any type of survey like this will be accurate.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/19 09:04 PM
1

When you say they throw themselves at you how does that happen and what would you say makes this happen? How do you demonstrate to them that you have money? Or do other things play a factor here?
/r/MGTOW17/11/19 10:43 PM
2

Yes casual is anything that takes place outside of a committed relationship. Is that not casual? And yes anything that’s done outside of your partner carries all of the risks you’ve outlined which I agree with. You even said relationship sex is preferred which I’m also saying yes it is but most people I’ve seen still do it when not in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/19 02:22 AM
1

I’m referring to single ones. They are still a active when they are not in a relationship. I think they do act like men but they are very discrete and more secretive about it so most wouldn’t even know.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/19 10:07 PM
1

In my experience yes. I don’t but nearly every one I know has a partner to do this and always has. I rarely see a one who is not sexually active which really surprises me due to all the negatives stated in the op which I agree with. People say they’re single but have sexual partners basically on call so they may be single but still active. To me it’s not worth it even if I had a choice but despite the cons it must be to others.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/19 09:50 PM
1

Casual
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/19 06:24 PM
0

I understand that it’s not as enjoyable and not worth the risk in many cases. What I don’t understand is why they still do it so often and frequently despite the lack of incentive to do so such as the issues listed in the op.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/19 04:07 AM
3

I could see them lying or deflecting if asked in person but that’s it. I’ve never really heard them put an emphasis on having muscle. Guys usually admire this but they don’t care. They want height for sure but idk if they care about the physique that comes with it as long as they get the height they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/19 04:56 PM
2

How to guys have the power in this situation? If they push something you don’t want why not say no and try the next since there are most likely others pursuing which gives you a host of people to choose from. I know that it’s normal for guys to want this but why give them something that is not beneficial for you until they prove they can commit? Is this only a privilege of the top 20% of men? Because I surely don’t have this power.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/19 01:00 PM
5

This exact question comes to mind when I see this. I hear of how risky and how unpleasant can be which I can get. But I don’t get why most still do it quite often with this being the case. Do those feelings outweigh the negatives discussed in the op? Is that what makes the risk worth it?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/19 03:13 AM
8

I’ve come to a point where I wonder why would an average guy even want to go to a club? What you described sounds very accurate. Doesn’t sound fun to go out and give out attention and admiration to people who don’t want anything to do with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/19 02:57 PM

I used to love going out before I realized I was the 99%.

What is a trad?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/19 05:25 PM
3

What do you consider being masculine? Is that supposed to solve all of one’s relationship problems?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/19 02:40 PM
1

In my experience yes over 50%. It’s not impossible and can’t be proven nor disproven by either side. No ones going to give an accurate count how can you calculate fictional numbers? Say if you do a study with 10 participants and they all lie how does that determine anything?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/19 08:16 PM
3

10-15 is very common and average at worst could be more depending on time if you are basing this on real world experience. I’ve heard and seen this my whole life. There is no way to verify these studies they are pure speculation. Majority lie about their numbers big time. Either cut them in half or double them because they want to fit in.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/19 07:49 PM
2

What do you mean by 20%? If I’m lifting heavy in the gym they really could care less. The guys who get the most attention typically don’t lift more than me and like I said I get 0 admiration that I’ve noticed lol. Same for most others who lift more than me. I think it’s the slim skinny guys who are winning in that area.
/r/TheRedPill31/10/19 05:46 PM

How did you manage to make such a huge jump in your career?
/r/TheRedPill31/10/19 04:30 PM

Constantly heard this coming up. Possibly the worst advice I’ve ever gotten.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/19 08:27 PM
6

Do they really? Look at Bezos. He lost a ton in his divorce. Why wouldn’t they want it passed down? They then theoretically have a chance to marry into the wealth.
/r/MGTOW25/10/19 06:50 PM
1

Of course they can be picky they can do whatever they want. Personally I don’t even think they are once they get to the elite 20% pretty much anyone has a chance. It just looks like they’re picky because they have a pool of hundreds to choose from but they can only be with but so many at a time.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/19 12:46 PM
1

I would a agree that the risks are not worth it in many cases but this makes me wonder if the op view is the majority or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 07:16 PM
4

This is what I was thinking as well. I feel like they do value it with partners they deem high value. My question is if it’s so meaningless why do so many do it?? I hear the same view of the op and agree but then I see many engaging in casual on a regular basis and I question why do they still do so?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 07:01 PM
3

How do you know this? In a company with thousands of people I have no doubt that there are a couple who can’t get laid. You would have to know them all personally which makes it almost impossible to verify. Why would someones sex life have any impact on their worth as an employee?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/19 01:50 PM
2

Thank you for explaining this.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/19 08:05 PM
5

One thing I’ve seen is that experienced guys who have been with many partners or are wanted by other women have more success and are deemed higher value men because of this. Interesting to hear that it doesn’t always mean this and to see the 2 different types of women you described.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/19 07:43 PM
4

So in what way should a guy think to not get “Nexted” ? I feel like douchebags do well in dating but I’d like to hear what you mean.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/19 07:04 PM
0

Sometimes you don’t realize you hate them until you’ve been following for a while and you see how bad they are. I learned quick never to follow or support these types and add to the mountain of thirst they receive. Its like they make it a point in every post to say hey look at how perfect my life is and how much better I am than you and everyone else. Some don’t realize that it unfollowing is the best option.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/19 01:16 PM
1

The left is the one pushing this movement and pushing bills in this although with limited support. The right generally are the ones opposing right now. Fems would have no grounds to oppose this because they would be opposing giving more rights but Idk their stance.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/19 04:38 PM
2

I see that term repeatedly on here and not sure what it is either. This post has confused me now.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/19 04:32 AM
3

So if left is the winner here then who is the alpha in this situation? Is it not right?? Are these categories mutually exclusive?

Damn this is how I expected it to be. I wasn’t D1 but most girls didn’t express interest in the fact I played sports. Also don’t think I was tall enough reading this. I did notice that they drooled over frat guys they way I thought they would over athletes.
/r/MGTOW12/08/19 06:35 PM

Did this happen because you were on a sports team (football, basketball)? I’ve always expected girls to show interest because due to this but it never got me shit.
/r/MGTOW12/08/19 04:55 PM

This is terrifying. You could do nothing wrong and this could happen at any time. I hope he will be ok.

Totally get this but what I don’t like is how women don’t admit to this being true and they swear they only value personality. Why not accept the truth?
