Ah yes, justice, courtesy of an idiot on QuoraI've also served twice, once was on a grand jury. The grand jury was multiple cases every day so if you had a problem you could call in and they would use an alternate that day (it was a one day a week for six months). A guy blew it off and didn't show and didn't call. The second time he did it the states attorney got really pissed off. She sent two uniformed cops to his job and dragged him in. No arrest or anything but very embarrassing at his job in front of all his coworkers and clients. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 08/10/19 08:47 PM
Imagine the roles reversed. Easily would be 10 years With no probation. You're right just one example from my own experience. Still bothers me years later that I can't pick a new employee, I have to grind my way through the list until I find some one who works out well. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 18/09/18 12:46 PM
Imagine the roles reversed. Easily would be 10 years With no probation.I see your unaware of how it works in the trades. I need a machine operator, call the hall, they send me somebody who is worthless, I have to try them for x number of days, then I get to get rid of them, call the hall. Rinse, repeat. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 18/09/18 11:24 AM

Judge Who Smiled Her Way Through Arrest Gets Maximum Sentence, Loses itI actually work in construction on the Midwest so typically nobody leaves the job before 5. There is a lot of drinking after work like you say. There was a crew of concrete workers that would send somebody for a case or two of beer every day and drink it up while sitting on their tailgates on the job site. I'd just rather go home. Thankfully all those guys quit drinking eventually. They were definitely hammered when they got in their trucks. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/07/17 04:33 PM
Judge Who Smiled Her Way Through Arrest Gets Maximum Sentence, Loses itWell theoretically you want to attract knowledgeable and qualified attorneys to the position. They aren't going to take a huge pay cut to become a judge. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/07/17 03:52 PM
Judge Who Smiled Her Way Through Arrest Gets Maximum Sentence, Loses itIsn't 1500 hours 3 PM? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/07/17 03:48 PM
I ask 2 girls to leave private property, I end up hand cuffed in the back of a police car.Good grief people this is not Stalag 17. This was a typical electric fence for cows and bunny rabbits. Gives you a shock you can feel but no damage in any way. | /r/MensRights | 13/07/13 11:22 AM
I'm being harassed by radical feminists what should I do?It completely depends in the jurisdiction, so no easy answer. In many states it is perfectly legal if one party knows even if the other party/parties don't. | /r/MensRights | 15/06/13 03:06 PM
My recently married co-worker and new wife both took each others last nameThis is the current norm only in certain countries. In Italy, for example the wife has never taken the husbands name. | /r/MensRights | 21/03/13 03:02 PM
Nanny jailed for crying rape after one-night standThere are all kinds of laws against wrongful termination in the United States and lots of law suits. I say all kinds because every state is different and sometimes the Feds get involved and of course their rules are also different. | /r/MensRights | 22/11/12 03:47 PM
Stop imprisoning women? Really? They actually tried this in Italy. They thought it would be really unfair to punish anyone with a terminal disease so they actually passed a law. No prosecution for someone terminal. Oddly a bunch of guys with HIV started robbing banks. Law went away after awhile. | /r/MensRights | 24/10/12 01:12 AM
She cried rape, he went to prison for 6 years. She met up with him years later and admitted to him that she had lied, but said she wasn't willing to admit it to prosecutors because she had been awarded $1,500,000.00From what I've read he had a meeting with her and recorded the conversation. | /r/MensRights | 26/05/12 12:20 PM
