We are selfish with the things we want, many don't want to get a point that way. It's the frame they stand by and maintain. To move points by breaking your values or own rules is to break frame. Now if you're doing it by not following social norms but living up to your standards or values then go for it. That's selfish but it's also living your best life for you. Don't live in the grey. Outside world noise is dampening your normal thoughts of how to better your world or attain your goals.
