If you play for long hours these exclusives kill Ps4 and I also noticed a slow down in rendering some parts and performance drops due to heat. I also lacked motivation... What helped was to place an alarm for every 3 hours to stretch, push ups, sit ups, pull ups and every hour drink water. Then when felling more confidence lower to 2 hour and eventually 1. All above while listening to MGTOW content and if you are failing a set, enter Reddit and navigate just a minute: FDS, Dead bedroom, surviving infidelity and the one that almost got me hospitalized Cheaters...
