Indeed. That's what separates us from women and animals. As for the dreams. I knew about that side effect going in and was looking forward to it. I don't usually dream and when I do it's very shallow and fragmented. Unfortunately all this does is increase those two things. There's no real rhyme or reason to the dreams, just an incongruous series of scenes and impressions. Effects may vary for others. Either way if you're looking to quit smoking I highly recommend it.
