You're in an LTR, i hate how all these experts on here give the same advice to ltr situations as they would to a ons/plate. She's in pain and the first person she thought if contacting is you, sure you can ignore it, or you can just tell her to get meds for pain, she wont bother you after that. Its your choice, remember you chose to do ltr with her.

If she plans to make it up to you, then proceed with her, things do come up unexpextedly from time to time. Atleast she told you beforehand (and reminded you after that as well) instead kf just going cold. If she doesnt reschedule, then soft next.

For me whenever i feel like skipping, might sound cliche but i just force myself and only have one thought "just go just fucking go" and boom 15 minutes into the session i feel amazing. If you allow yourself to skip lifting enough once out of pure laziness/lack of motivation, you wont think twice before doing it again. Consistency is key in literally everything.

If you get into an LTR in your hs/college days, you basically miss out on 90% of good pussy. Also in these cases popularity is really important, so lift, keep frame, talk to literally every HB (classmates, parties, clubs and societies) keep that smv sky high and dont forget the fucking sidebar.
