Wear five pound earings and a wig. Wear a purely cosmetic eyepatch. Dress in a Hello Kitty Halloween costume under your uniform daily, complete with sunglasses indoors. 5	Denied Skirts and dresses, yes. Pants came along for ladies eventually too. Officewear tended to be on the conservative side for ladies for a long time. There's no reason a sweater or shawl or leggings or whatever can't be added these days. Hell, I'm too hot in my workplace and I get to wear shorts and a t-shirt. The issue is: Temperature preferences are subjective at best. Different clothing styles between genders aren't accounted for. Small sample sizes seem to be the norm for these types of studies.
