2	Divorce help. Custody. Not sure about your State but ask your lawyer if you can have her mental health assessed. Usually means sometime spent at an institute to be assessed & you being in a position of Power of Attorney, marriage, you that right. Why? Kidnapping your kids & going over State lines without your consent is a Federal crime. Not listening to her legal consul & changing her mind on already agreed upon decisions.
