Based on what evidince ? I saw the video but it did not present any kind of reference to back what they are saying. Just because personality traits are based on Jung types and the definition of introvert extrovert has nothing to do with being shy or socialy akward. It is more like you live your life based on objective or subjective considerations. You basically are born extrovert or introvert and to change verse it is not possible if not after huge traumas. To be ambivert in the sense that you are balanced in both is a possibility however extremely rare.

If it is a tinder date you HAVE to make a move, it is a competitive market. If it is a normal date with a girl that is not dating other men in the meanwhile you can build the attraction on multiple dates. Given that I always do a move at the first date, just have to deal with the fear of rejection.
