This is true of most athletic/fit women. They like the idea of feminism because the "empowerment" part of it aligns with their lifestyle, but they don't need (or even like) the rest of feminism's bullshit because that same active lifestyle results in them being naturally empowered through good physical health, feminine confidence, and the male attention it garners.

Mostly good advice, but the sources I've seen have shown that distance running is better for overall long-term health than weightlifting (unless you are predisposed to knee issues or something like that).
