You say the hair touching is an IOI - it is - but it can also be a sign that someone is a bit anxious or nervous. Let's hypothesise that she is a little anxious because she is attracted to you a little, hence the arm touching, but a little guilty because she has a boyfriend. My advice would be to make an unambiguous play, if you are set on pursuing her - some kind of date, whatever you feel like - but one where she knows your intentions, and can make a decision about it.

On the contrary, making guys perform for her entertainment and getting chumps to buy her drinks are typical high value tendencies - if you can drink for free and validate yourself with performing orbiters and know you can get away with it - why would you not?

I feel the exact opposite way to you - games - the game... is great. Someone who understands it and enjoys it is more fun in my book.

Ah, yes that has cleared it up. The idea I wanted to emphasise was that the 'risk' part was just a necessary part of the pick-up interaction, and therefore nothing to be afraid of - you know this, and just happen to call it the 'risk' part. Indeed, as I said, this is the first moment where a definitive rebuff can occur. I agree we're on the same page here. Good points about not respecting the sexuality of lesbian girls - I think you won some respect by being seen to open up a little and discussi…

I think you are slightly bizarre. UK viewpoint here, perhaps it's a little different, but for a first date I wouldn't be surprised if someone had scheduled something after a date. While it is annoying, as there is then little prospect for night 1 f-close, there is no expectation that a date should take up an entire evening.

Good work and thanks for posting this report. One thing I don't understand is why you have mentally classified 'making a move' or similar as a risk. Yes, this is the point where you will be rejected or approved for the first time, but there are several reasons to be comfortable with this. For a start, it has to happen at some point. A rejection can be worked around - in LMR many objections sometimes have to be overcome. This is the point where you may lose your target - but without exposing your…

Wooooah. Mind = blown. This is exactly right. It's analagous to all the 'weak move' gambits of dating - any soft and ambiguous date or interaction that keeps plausible deniability and leaves an easy way out for the guy. Either succeed, or crash and burn. You want the girl, you have to be prepared to lose her. Great article.

It's an IOI - standing nearby to you - how close depends on the context and environment, but it should be fairly obvious - body language open, perhaps almost facing you - feet might be pointing at you, might not - generally not looking at anything in particular. It means 'come talk to me now'.

Great FR, thank you! I love your game - it's innocent and natural. When you do the right stuff without having any sort of plan or thought process - perfect example is when you're taking your friend home; "Nothing is gonna happen", "I'm sleeping on the couch - what, you thought we were gonna sleep together?"... textbook stuff, except you meant it you doofus. Awesome work.

You could say 'Hey, what's up?', or 'Hi!', or 'What are you doing in my house?' or 'Who do you know here?' or 'DURRRRRRRRRRRR' or 'Nice shoes' or any one and a million kinds of bullshit. Just say something, and the conversation can begin. If your first line doesn't stick, say something else. You know how conversations work. Just don't go start one thinking that it might fail in some way. You will just be nervous of saying the wrong thing. Assume every conversation will go well, and you will find…

She's with all her friends? More friends for you to charm! Launch the charm offensive, baby! And as mentioned in someone else's comment - proximity is an IOI. Learn to identify and categorise IOIs and IODs and react appropriately. Her sitting near to you means 'please open'.

UK here. Stick out hand. Take hand. Kiss on both cheeks. Dead easy. If there's more than two or three people in the group you're meeting, it's easier to just say hi rather than grabbing everyone. Forget about that 'best looking guy' crap. You're the DJ, you're a baller, this is what you do when you meet people. I've started to develop the opinion that most of the techniques that the PUA community espouses merely allow someone to mimic what a naturally confident, secure, and socially adept person would be doing instinctively, anyway. You mimic it until you can do it naturally. Why are our efforts insincere exactly? Perfect otherwise.

This is the first attempt I feel I've actually learned something in failing. That is an incredibly positive step. Every failure has a lesson in it. Enjoyed your FR and totally agree with Tofu's comments. I can't believe you never went back to the girls' table after gaming them so well. They dragged you back to them! You owned their tests and won them over. They probably wondered what they did to bore you.

Yes and no. Context is quite important in determining the frame, but it isn't all there is to it. It's also the frame of mind of the people interacting; the perceived attitudes and goals, some idea of what the outcome of the situation might be and so on. In the posted example, the frame was of laying the ex on his terms. If he'd have agreed to go out, it would have initially been laying the ex on her terms. How about you decide the narrative and let her play a part in the story you select? Contr…

I love this idea of 'reality destroyer' openers. The RSD one that you mentioned a while ago, where the opener is shouting 'DURRRRRRRRRR' at a set, or some other nonsensical thing almost falls into the same class. If it goes right, it's like a glitch in the matrix - you broke reality a little bit, and no one can directly talk about it, or even think about it - they all get an immediate mind blank - but now you're in and everyone thinks you're awesome.

22 here, do fine with girls around 30. I do tell them my age, they cool off, I pity them openly for being old and boring, then wax lyrical on how we're all on the level now. I talk about how I can talk to anyone of any age as an equal adult now - you think your mindset or your worries will change as you age, but you're wrong - all the doubts are still there, all you have is more stories for the pile. At 18 I imagine it's a bit more sketchy, so why not just lie - you're saving them from their unf…

Part of improving game is (arguably, but generally accepted) improving various other aspects of your life such as your style, fashion sense, clothing, posture, body language, tonality and pacing of speech and so on. So, start carrying yourself properly, messy can work depending on your target demographic, and get hustling.

Nice report. I like your thinking, but am curious to see how well gaming very high value girls is going to work out in a different environment - one where you don't know the bar staff, where there is plenty of competition, AMOGs, all of the usual obstacles that are there getting in the way of us and the 9/10s. Good luck and merry christmas.

As someone who works in the service industry, I can say having a nice person to talk to can really make the hours fly by. To clarify things, make a reasonably clear move - or perhaps ask if she wants to hang out another time and then see how that goes. I know it's tough, but if she says LJBF or whatever, you can still go to her bar. Really, it's not going to be awkward. She'll probably respect you more for having balls. Good luck.

He has a lot of status too - he's coming in to their restaurant as a top chef and owner, to tell them how to run their place. He is a celebrity, he has huge value. His behaviour can't simply be copied. However, you're still correct in that he has an awesome frame which undeniably produces attraction.

What do you think NLP is? From the books I've read, it just provides a framework for understanding people's thought processes, referencing various theories on physiology, body language, muscle control etc. Yeah mostly it is bull, but I've never encountered anything that tried to structure that 'same principle as the think of a number trick' that you mention. He talks about NLP in his book Tricks of the Mind.
/r/seduction28/10/10 10:53 PM

He says it is overhyped, agreed, but he doesn't always use it as a distraction. I remember in particular an episode with an NLP practitioner - he asks him to think of something (an object), then another associated with it, and to tell him the second object. He then guesses the first. Something like that, it's pretty cool.

Sounds like you don't even have a cursory understanding... Go watch Derren Brown mind-pwn someone with it, it's amazing. NLP does have its share of BS, but it also provides a framework and analytical context for a lot of social interaction, language processing and general communication.

I disagree. Every failure is a lesson. If you don't call yourself out on your failures, how are you going to improve? Next time in the gym, this situation isn't going to happen. Why not? Because he made his mistakes this first time, and then reflected on them.

Thanks for the reply. You make a really good point, discussing failures is probably more important that successes. I would say that the report was overlong - while it reads nice, the focus should be a more about the particular parts relevant to game. However, you want this one, so tell her so in a suitably baller manner. It's a real weak move to try to progress while having plausible deniability of involvement the whole time to try to offset potential rejection. HAVE NO FEAR. Good luck.
