This man seperates.

Less hair clogging things. My savings rate married was like 10% on 2 incomes. I kept the house, and on 1 income my savings rate is 25%. So you get to keep more of your own money.

If it has negative equity, I believe she gets zero.

Is she on the title?

If she’s introducing your kids to a new man after 3 months after divorce, and dropped the “not happy anymore” on you … it was 100% an affair.

Lol, it’s like you’ve read my mind. They actually work together. He’s very senior to her. However, I know if I stir up shit at her work, she may be fired.. which can actually fuck me over in terms of child support.

Masturbate before seeing her. It helps clear the head.

Thanks for the insight. I owned the house outright before, but added her name to the title when I refinanced in 2020. Stupid move, gave her claim to a ton of equity. Now it’s done though, mine again!

So they work together. Apparently, he’s the office “flirt” … and according to his wife (yes, we talked), he may have a history of stepping out.

Lol she’s asking for that too. She’s been out since March. Claims she may have forgot something. I’ve had 5mo to wipe any trace that a woman ever lived there. She wont find a thing but still insists.

Huge slob and hoarder! After I kicked her out, she lived with her parents for about a month. I probably tossed a DOZEN trash bags of waste paper, empty makeup containers, apparel boxes, you name it. Then found dozens more boxes of just junk that she kept for years in the attic.

This is 100% my experience. 12 total years, 7 in marriage. It took her 3 months to flush it.

Sounds like she’s cheating again.

Tell the truth. In my experience, I struggled with the same thing. Most of our mutual friends distanced themselves from her, and frankly she stopped investing time in their friendship anyway… probably out of shame. If it makes you feel better, let the truth be known, it definitely helped me.

Mine did the same thing. It was an EA when I kicked her out. Then became a PA 2 days later when we were “separated.”

I think it’s her mom. I know she’s been hounding my stbxw to take full custody of my son for absolutely no reason. The woman is in total denial that her daughter even had an affair.

Already have attorney. Already using OFW.

That's been the case so far. Every time she broadsides me with a new reason and moves the goalpost it starts with, "I WANT..."

She makes her own money and is supporting the kid fine. I mean cutting her off from dissolving our assets + house equity.

I'm thinking about cutting her off.

The current schedule is 50/50. Edit: I haven't totally paid her for the house yet. I have stated my intention to pay her a lump sum, which is already in an escrow account to an agreed upon amount for the house; which she has agreed at a significantly lower price than market. The lump sum will be paid in full before the court date.

Already tracking daily time when my son is in my custody.
/r/Divorce_Men03/06/23 06:25 PM

I have one on retainer, as does she. I had mine draft up the original agreement, and she flipped out, and hired one for herself. Since then, the theme she's had is, "I'm doing what I can to stick up for myself." Yet, I have to keep reminding her, the parenting agreement is about establishing what's the best interest for our son, not her "Sticking up for herself."

I feel you. My ex’s parents have had all kinds of opinions about my divorce that aren’t based in reality at all. First they think I should GIVE her the house to raise our son. A house I bought 5 years prior to the marriage. Later they think she should get a chance to buy the house for half the equity (less than the balance of the mortgage).. that went away. Now they think she should have full custody of our kid. Also no reason for that in my state. It’s like they get under her skin / into her he…

I’ve thought about that. The first piece of evidence I have would be enough to set off her radar.

Lol, I know it was his idea to make sure their affair was well hidden from his wife.. so I take that he must know the consequences will be severe when she finds out.

I’ve only been told to keep it quiet until the divorce is final.
/r/Divorce_Men16/05/23 08:33 PM

Yeah I drafted a very straightforward letter to send to her via social. Basically giving her the ability to decide how to proceed.
/r/Divorce_Men16/05/23 08:29 PM

Oh there’s nothing sexual about the evidence I have. It’s just her admission to the affair, and revealing how much he wants to leave his wife for her, how much he wants to be with her .. etc etc.

I am a damn good father, and there’s no evidence to prove otherwise. My kid loves spending time w me.

I thought about that.. how would a lawyer / judge think if she retaliated through the custody agreement because I told her AP’s wife?

/r/Divorce_Men11/05/23 01:34 AM

This is exactly my thought. Right now my STBXW is being so easy to negotiate on divorce matters. She wants it done quickly (probably so she can keep screwing AP with less guilt), and is basically giving me the house for about 1/10th of the equity she should have. Is letting me keep most of the stuff in the house, and is bending over to keep custody at 50/50. It's kind of hilarious when I think about it. At the same time, I can't wait to drop the nuke on AP's life with the PAGES of evidence I hav…

Oh he's really going to shit his pants when I tell his wife... just waiting for the divorce to be final on my end.
/r/Divorce_Men26/04/23 12:03 PM

This is exactly what I needed to read this morning. Mine STBXW thinks Prince Charming is her married AP, who after seeing him for 5 months, is still “thinking about” leaving his wife.
