1	Lifting - does it really make that much of a difference? It's not exactly the lifting itself. I actually think serious martial arts, like Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Thai Boxing are even BETTER. Of couse the lifting is supposed to increase your looks (for this purpose, it's better than the rest), but mainly it's about confidence.
