Exercise is awesome even if you only walk once a day and just get out and do something, anything. Keep active. In order to be healthy mentally you have to be healthy physically and vice versa. Light weightlifting is really good. You don't have to get into it like a Swarzenegger or someone like that but it helps to get into a routine at least 2 or 3 times a week. Girls really notice a man that feels good about himself.
