Should babies also have the right to vote? How about be able to drive? If there was a way for a baby to tell me he really, really wanted to keep his foreskin, I, as a parent and legal guardian would allow it. Until then, it is a parents responsibility. Maybe you should make a babies rights page because that is what you are.

First of all I didn't decide anything. This has been going on for thousands of years and while that alone does not make it right, it is still a right of a parent.
