| 3 | Lonely, miss my sonHere’s my advice about that. Don’t make it “I will go to the gym more”. Make it “I will GO to the gym 4x each week until the divorce is finalized”. All you have to do is GO, and step inside. That’s it. You don’t have to do anything once you’re there. Here’s what will inevitably happen. You will go there and waste a bunch of time and not do much that will be helpful. And then you will start to say “fuck it” and do a bit more that will be marginally helpful.
