Good point in that scenario I do agree, but it's almost as if the steps he took allowed situation to become that bad. Wouldn't it have been much better if he pulled the taser out as soon as she held scissors behind that counter and warned her to put them down or else he'd be forced to use his taser for his and anyone else around's safety.

People are dumb, autotune is not just a cover up for people who can't sing. People just like the way it sounds and it sells, that's the reason why it's in music. Justin Bieber is a great singer as well and he autotunes a lot. No doubt these same people would Instagram like crazy if Kesha happened to be standing near them.

Yeah I mean it already happens when the freeway isn't trafficked almost all cars are going 75 mph or so even if it's above the posted limit and no one has a problem with it, including cops. I pass by cops going this speed in my 15 years of driving without issue. When driving I definitely do think everyone driving at a similar speed is safer than varying speeds of lower magnitude. It's why stop and go traffic has so many accidents too, going 40 then suddenly having to go to a complete stop is bad…

No that's not what I'm saying, I'm saying instead of a level 7 force, a level 4 force would have been just fine. It says she actually walked away with some injuries like bruises and pain opening and closing her mouth. One shouldn't have to get hurt like that because they're being verbally difficult, police are supposed to be civil servants, but they seem to regularly employ excessive force. I'm just saying they can tone it down a couple notches.

Maybe it's just me, but I still think they should avoid firing any weapons unless someone is clearly in danger. I know she had a bar in her hands but she didn't seem to me like she was going to attack the officer. I really think protocol should be to try for as long as possible to deescalate the situation and I just don't feel that has been done here.
