If anyone is looking at this, I need a mentor. At least someone with experience to talk to. Because besides all the misleading posts in this sub of recent times and the classic side-bar, I have a lot of specific issues that I face for my country and culture. These things are stifling my progress and making me get stuck on plateaus.

You WILL be dependent on them and you WILL get bad withdrawals if you try to get off of them. That's just the nature of these drugs. But once you get off, you are back to the old you. At least that has been my experience. Would I like to live without crutches like the rest of the world? God knows I would. But do I have a choice? Highly unlikely, thanks to whatever shitty gene I inherited and the environment I was brought up in. In any case, I would rather take those crutches and give my 110% tha…

Take it from someone who has also had the exact same issues and more PTSD Depression Anxiety Nightmares Panic attacks Three things. Medication. Therapy. And Gym (working out helps the medication work better too) You'll most likely be given SSRI antidepressants along with other drug combinations. Unlike what most people like to believe, using SSRIs didn't tank my testosterone or anything. It's the same as it always was. But what it did is reduced my ailments a LOT. You cannot will your way out of…
