first two items from here list: 1) custody papers that says i can spend more time with my dad. 2) new bed (The rest of the list is pretty superficial.) Sounds like mom isn't providing the basics needs here.

this raises lots of questions for me: -There are laws that legislate this? -How was that value attributed as damages? -she went out an bought 13,000 worth of prostitutes? (and kept receipts!) -if so, then she DID get laid, so what's the problem? all this aside, a person who can take this to court is probably type-A enough to have cheated at least once.
