These people have a condition that can be treated with surgery, so why not? It's for mental reasons and so are other aesthetic procedures paid for by some governments across the world. Even if you don't agree with the government paying for this procedure I don't understand why the fuck you'd care about and hate them so much.

This 'the verge' website suddenly started spewing feminist propaganda from one moment to the other. This is not the first time I see them doing this sort of thing. It's a shame, I really liked the site before. With Gizmodo being another piece of shit I think I'm left with engadget.

Besides, if say, some female movie producter got caught fucking critics to get good reviews, then EVERYONE would care. If it was an important or otherwise famous one, probably. Videogames are a BIG industry just as important and influent as the rest. Be smart and pay attention to it. Yeah and she's irrelevant in it, AFAIK.

The writer thinks women should have the option to cut the advice they don't agree with while men should just suck it up. It's beautiful because they're trying to protect women's fragile egos while saying men have fragile egos. Because men are usually to blame for taking things personally and feeding on feel good bullshit, right?

It can never be their fault, can it? It's not them that can not find the motivation to get fit after giving birth, no... it's the other person's fault because that person made them feel inadequate. Instead of letting a woman who was able to get fit motivate them they get defensive. I liked OP's story because many people look at advertising itself as being immoral, they see it as a way to manipulate people into wanting something they didn't want before.
