Now that I think about it, Nice tits, Simon is in my more... "bespoke" compliment list. IYAM, it would be pretty sexist to not say the same thing to "Danielle Daly" (not her real name), a.k.a. Miss DD (her real pet name that she is unaware of). It is 2022 and these sexist double standards can't be allowed to continue. Wish me luck. Equality requires me to tell this girl that she has a nice rack.

Speak to them the same way you speak to men I think that is the key point. Looking handsome today, Karen! . Damn, nice glutes, Sharon. Good to see you're not skipping leg day! . Wow! Nice chest, Rebecca. You must be benching massive numbers! . You can also take something that is usually an awful insult and use it affectionately - which isn't uncommon here in the UK and between 2 guys who are friends with each other. What's up, fuck-face . Settle down, cunts. No need to get your panties all bunch…

Neither would the 70% of women who's living with the correct fathers of their children. The post that OP mentioned over in 2X had a lot of women saying that they'd be very unhappy if their bf / husband asks for one (or would have done when they were having kids). There were very few women saying that they are with a guy and they would be ok with it. Who knows how similar the average 2X poster is to the general public though. Asking for a paternity test seems to set off an ego fuelled emotion - y…

It was just a hypothetical situation. You should probably know that we don't actually have DIY at home IVF kits! Women stigmatize paternity tests and by making enough people realize that it is selfishly motivated, we might be able to get support for it
/r/MensRights04/10/22 07:52 PM
2

I agree with that but I do not think that it will happen because too many women would oppose it and enough men would side with them just for some peace and quiet, or through simping etc. Exposing their double standards might be enough to tilt things in our favour though.

You thought I was genuinely advocating for maternity fraud? That it wasn't just thinking of some hypothetical way in which women might experience maternity fraud and then speculating how women as a whole would generally react if it occurred at the same rate as paternity fraud?
/r/MensRights04/10/22 07:46 PM
7

A situation where women would get to experience maternity fraud like men experience paternity fraud because the post OP mentioned was full of women saying that guys are bad if they want a paternity test and that even asking for one is grounds for breakup. Maybe if 1-3% of men conned women into having and raising another woman's child they would be more understanding.
/r/MensRights04/10/22 07:39 PM

Sure, just let them continue MeToo'ing guys after drunken hookups they consented to, let them commit paternity fraud, let them be physically violent to their boyfriends/husbands etc., all with zero repercussions from the legal system that should step in if those things ever occur. May as well bend over for the inevitable strap on. Spread cheek for a deeper ramming.
/r/MensRights04/10/22 02:17 PM
27

Did you see the post OP mentioned? It was the usual "don't agree to a paternity test" and "dump him if he even asks for one". But we all know perfectly well that if men did it to women at even 1% of the rate that women do it to men that they would want life sentences for those men, maternity tests for all babies and for their partners to pay for those tests. And I would love to witness that.
/r/MensRights04/10/22 02:05 PM

Failing that, we need DIY at home IVF treatment and for 1-3% of men to gift their wife an embryonic Trojan horse made with an egg from his mistress. Let's see how the feminists like them apples!

/r/AntiFeminists03/10/22 06:41 PM

Mother should get the first 2 months guaranteed so she can recover, father should get the first month guaranteed. Because let's be honest - this is 1 area where absolute equality isn't possible because of biology. After that there should be 4 months to be taken by either or split in any way they like and it doesn't have to overlap. At the moment it is 6 months for the mother and 2 weeks for the dad here in the UK.

Legally speaking, it shouldn't be possible to be judged as having peeped at a woman after she strips naked and positions her genitals a few inches from your face with only glass separating you. With that in mind, the guy should have watched her in a creepy way but without involving his genitals. Face the window and take a selfie - she will think you are taking a picture of her because of course she will.

Sure you are, "hun". but your pointing your genital based tangents in the wrong direction You can't be that dumb or think we are that dumb? This one was before the "believe all women" push. That supreme court nominee in the US, in 2018, was the peak of it. If I remember right, it really started to pick up momentum in 2016 because of Trump, his election and the "grab-em by the pussy" recording. This incident was Dec 2014 and he was found not guilty at the start of Feb 2016. This was just complete bullshit from the prosecution and I don't think they can honestly claim to have been under pressure from the #BelieveWomen campaign. God kn…

She is a decent example for us to have. It is a hideous beast behaving atrociously, even in her "mature" years, followed by the police taking her word as gospel right from the start and then bending over backwards to assist with the false accusation after they find out that it is in fact a false accusation. You can't even write the police's behaviour off as desperate guys simping for an attractive young lady. Any theories about privilege and the intersectionality of straight, white men are dispr…

I suspect that he bumped into her as they passed in peak hour in a busy railway station (is there anyone who lives and works in a big city who hasn’t had that happen to them frequently?) and Ms pampered, entitled princess had to make an issue out of it, and dress it up to ensure the consequences would be huge (in her mindset she was “violated” after all). It seems so obvious that they will just have made some unavoidable contact with each other just because it was in the train station. It doesn'…

Oh god, I remember that one. And if I remember correctly, there were no consequences for the woman who quite blatantly lied when she accused him of penetrating her in the split second of contact as they passed each other. Or for the prosecution who deliberately manipulated the video to try and con the jury into believing that he actually had time to give the woman a surprise finger blasting.

"Personhood" is a legal term. If you use scientific terms and definitions then abortion kills a human life. It quite clearly exists - there would be no need for abortions if it didn't.

That comparison doesn't really work here. The losers are generally dead and aren't around to dispute anything. It also takes time for the history books to be written and taught. Even if you want to use the comparison, who says that feminism has won? The majority of younger men now believe feminism has gone too far. Women are starting to realize that big parts of feminism are bad - e.g. their "sexual liberation" that is leaving a lot of them 40+ years old, depressed and either childless or an und…

He had said this: It took feminism 3 generations to reach a point where the extremist took over the intented message and overall goal. I don't think that extremists have taken over the MRM or the messaging. The only argument I can think of to support that claim is the mainstream perception of the movement because of the misrepresentation / lies from feminists. He says that feminism has been taken over by extremists but if you believe that, I don't see how you can accept their claims about the MR…
/r/MensRights24/08/22 04:29 PM
2

Am I right to assume that you classify the MRM as moderate? The person I originally replied to said that the MRM was an extremist movement now but I don't think that the agenda is extreme at all.
/r/MensRights23/08/22 03:13 PM
6

Disagree. Any movement that has extreme rhetoric and resorts to arson and mail bombings to achieve their goals is very likely an extremist movement. That was over 100 years ago. Then look at the tactics used against the woman who was trying to open shelters in the UK for male victims of domestic violence (~60 years later?). If the MRM is being labelled extremist now then I can't see how you can say feminism wasn't an extremist movement 100 years ago.
/r/MensRights23/08/22 05:44 AM
3

Which brings me back to my initial point; feminists and their media enablers like to conflate/combine the MRM, red pill, manosphere, Incel etc. groups and refer to them as a single movement, and they're all "sexist and misogynistic". It is a dishonest smear tactic that is used to dismiss everyone without addressing any of the issues. I think you should consider the longer term consequences of accepting it because "only the result matters, even if it was won by lying". I had a search on Google an…

You and I might disagree with Tate refering to himself as being part of men's rights, but that doesn't stop him from doing it. When did he do that? I didn't think he had done. Is there a video of it anywhere? I've not seen much of him but I would have guessed that he would be critical of guys who label themselves as men's rights activists.
/r/MensRights22/08/22 11:28 PM
18

It took feminism 3 generations to reach a point where the extremist took over the intented message and overall goal. Feminists were using terrorist tactics very early on (~100 years ago?). They have had a decent number of extremists with awful rhetoric from the very start. Tate isn't part of the MRM and I don't know why anyone would think he is. People like to combine the men's rights, manosphere, red pill and incel groups into a single "sexist and misogynistic" movement. It is incredibly dishon…

The entire comment was a caricature of feminists, from how they look to how they behave, building up to a "she's so fat..." dig at the end. So yes, if the "so fat they would make the earth wobble on its axis" ending is not to be taken completely seriously then some of the earlier parts probably shouldn't be either. Like the "genuinely dangerous decibel levels"... I don't think I'd describe any of that reply as passive aggressive. Unless you are referring to my first reply in this post, the one a…

I just want the law changing so that if there was a draft, women would be selected like the men would be. I don't want anyone to actually be drafted. The law change alone would result in so much simultaneous screeching, crying and tantrums across the country that we would have genuinely dangerous decibel levels. Imagine Luke Crywalker, only it is every single progressive/liberal/Democrat/leftie woman in the country doing that at the same time. By mass, those women are probably 85% of the overall…

Some of them were only dying during WW1 because those same women had been handing out white feathers to men who weren't in a military uniform. That was done to publicly shame men and coerce them into signing up for the military. I think I'd love it if they did the same thing now. I'd be wearing that white feather with pride, with it being my way of letting them know who and what I think is worth dying / risking my life for.

I've got a feeling that Tiktok is going to be a lot more gynocentric in the short term (& possibly longer). They got a load of bad press in the last couple of weeks because of some guy called Tate. Average would mean most commonly observed on a sample randomly picked. There is that average but then there is also the "average" label given to some female body types, with Anorexic, Petite, Slim, Athletic etc. to the left of average and "a few extra pounds", Chubby, Fat, Obese etc. on the right. Something like this and average being the middle 30% one. I'd guess it will be the most commonly observed body one generation ago. It is also what I would call average. It is on a par with stealthing, which is considered rape in some places. Well, it is like stealthing over and over again, for years or even decades. They have set the standard that uninformed consent is not valid consent. Paternity fraud being called rape is a direct consequence of that.

If a man and woman are expecting a kid then now both of them have limited options. It is a lot closer to them being equals than what it used to be. If a teen girl is raped and falls pregnant, she is now a lot more equal with the teenage boys who are raped by adult women and end up having to pay child s…

Most women won't do anything to help with the lack of options that men have. Going from how things were to letting men get financial abortions would be a huge loss of privilege for women and they either won't help or will fight against it. If we go 5+ years with abortions being restricted then the privilege differential isn't there and offering abortions can be a bargaining chip for men to get financial abortions.

Vasectomies aren't as reversible as people seem to think. Around 2 in 3 men will develop antibodies against their own sperm, like an autoimmune condition. Reversing the vasectomy won't help with that, your swimmers will be forever hamstrung by your own immune system.

And that is one of the next things that needs to get the equality treatment. With all the DNA samples collected by the police (not just suspects either, mine was taken after a random guy sucker punched me and it landed him 3 years inside), or companies like 23AndMe etc, there must surely be a way to take the baby's sample, compare it to the various databases to find a pretty close family member while also making sure it is regulated to protect the data.

That probably should be an option but it will never happen. It would be worse for women compared to now so they will complain that it is men attempting to coerce them into having an abortion and the government doesn't want to be stuck paying for it. Given that, the best option right now does seem to be to make men and women have no choice in the matter. Maybe after a good 5+ years of that we might get enough women being open to considering abortion rights in exchange for financial abortion right…

Using the 14th amendment to decide Roe v Wade was balls though. The 14th amendment had nothing to do with abortion. All states banned abortion either shortly before or after the 14th amendment. If they had intended it to mean abortion they would have made the language clear or they would have said something later when no states interpreted it as meaning abortion. They didn't do that though because they didn't write the 14th amendment with abortion in mind. 9 people decided to apply their own com…

The colloquial meaning of the word "parasite" is very negative and it is dehumanising. You could just use "symbiotic" instead - that removes the negative association that comes with parasite and symbiotic covers all the different relationships.

How do you think that they formed their opinion? Do you think that their education did not factor at all? And how do you explain biology text books?
/r/AntiFeminists06/05/22 05:38 AM

They are the opinions of biologists. The experts who know what they are talking about. When an overwhelming majority of experts all say the same thing, it means that what they are saying is factual. But if that isn't enough for you, there are lots of university biology text books that say the same thing. There are zero biology text books that say life does not begin at conception.
/r/AntiFeminists05/05/22 01:51 PM

Which what? 5212 out of 5502 Biologists saying life begins at conception. Or if you meant which criteria for life, I can't remember them all off the top of my head. True. But by changing this one word changes the conversation from them being able to dunk on me to me being able to dunk on them. And it will occasionally get them to admit that it is killing and that makes any fence sitters lean my way.
/r/AntiFeminists03/05/22 04:21 PM

I do support making it illegal so that it is murder, I have just found that calling it murder gives pro-abortion people an easy way to dunk on you. Then if I call it killing because it ends human life I will often get pro-abortion people trying to argue that the fetus isn't alive. That gives me an easy way to dunk on them because it is human and it is alive when using the scientific/biology definitions for human and life.

Denying that life begins at conception is far more ludicrous than denying climate change. And if you think it isn't alive then please let me know how it manages to grow from 1 cell to 2 cells, to 4 cells etc.
/r/AntiFeminists03/05/22 10:55 AM

She might try to spin it afterwards if she loses by saying that she wants to raise awareness of personality disorders but a lot of people will see through it and not want to go anywhere near her. It would just be her trying to avoid being aband…

It is taking away his personal autonomy. Depending on his age and how long has passed, he may not be able to have a family that is actually his. I remember seeing a post from a daughter, one of 3 or 4, who were all 25+ years old. The father had sacrificed his entire adult life after his wife got pregnant at 18. He found out that none of them were his, drove off to a remote cabin they owned by a lake and hung himself. Women like to moan about men who kill their partner which is taking their life.…

OP can anonymously snitch on his female friends whenever they get a new bf and try to put on the whole trad girl act with them. Other guys should do the same. Set up a discrete Discord group or something where guys can be a bro and warn each other about known CC riders, kind of like the women who set up groups to warn each other about abusive men.

The sham investigations and rulings have also made it painfully clear that the wheels of justice turn extremely slowly. A guy can fall victim to one of these kangaroo courts, be expelled and then only get justice in court years later. But having your career path blocked for years, starting from when you are at university is a huge set back. You are expelled at 18-21 years old and you only get justice at 21-25 years old, then you have to go start again at university so you only graduate with a ba…

The thing with equality being reached from birth for people born from 1980, say, is that it will take 50-60 years for that equality to cascade into the office and the percentage of CEOs who are female. We're still 10+ years away from that. Then we'll see how big the difference is between what men and women want to do career wise.

That's a good point about differentiating nagging and criticism. I think a multi attribute scoring system might make sense - nagging, criticism, temper, validity etc. as there is probably a lot of things that are a combination of those attributes. It is committing fraud on a massive scale. There is the knowingly submitting the birth certificate with false information and then there is any amount of money he spends raising the kid which could run into 6 figures. If you do that in any other area of life then you are getting prison time. I can't wait for technology to improve. I think it might be subjective. For me, nagging was something that wore me down over time and it got to the point where any form of nagging, even if it was something new and a valid request, just made me want to get out of the house. The nagging leading up to that was varied - some times it was a valid request, some times it was nit picking about something inconsequential and other times was invalid requests. Wanting to get out of the house shows that it had a negative effect on my mental state …

Ok, a new born baby is completely dependent on the mother. Failure to care for the baby results in child neglect charges. It is very complicated and I do feel sorry for the trans people who are just trying to live their lives without trying to force others to do something. I can't even imagine what it must feel like to believe that your biological sex doesn't match your gender. So now you implicitly admit that you don't even consider men at all. Abortion affects men too. Christ, what a selfish, self centered person you are.

"Kill your child with love". The push to celebrate abortion is making people who thought it should be rare have more pro-life positions. They have seen the bottom of the slippery slope and realised that they were wrong. I think we will see more pro-life laws because of things like the picture in the OP.

Funnily enough, abortion after 12 weeks involves the dismemberment of the fetus. They tear it apart limb by limb. It is beheaded and the skull is crushed.

We clearly do have an opinion on it. You can't stop us. We also have a say in it as we vote and the elected people can make new laws. You can't stop us. Your "line in the sand" is wrong.

Hold up. I think I know why you can't admit that I am right and you are making personal attacks. Have you cheated at some point in the past and then had sex with your partner without telling them?

See. More personal attacks. Have a nice day.
/r/MensRights06/03/22 11:34 AM

You just don't want to admit that I am right. You came in and gave a definition of rape. I have given you an example that meets that definition. You either need to admit that I am right (and you were wrong to argue against me) or that your definition of rape was wrong. Your ego is stopping you though which is why you are getting angry and making personal attacks. Which means that this discussion has run it's course.
/r/MensRights06/03/22 11:28 AM

Ok, so then take my example and replace marriage with any exclusive relationship. Any cheating, not telling the partner and having sex with them fits your previously defined definition of rape. They had an agreement, one party broke it and then had sex without telling their partner. The action being post sex is an important difference though. Stealthing is an agreement to do something during sex. How far do you take an agreement to do something after sex? What about an agreement to get married i…

The marital vows are explicit and don't leave any room for doubt or assumption about monogamy. They are certainly more tangible than a private verbal agreement between a prostitute and a John. Wait, was the agreement that he would pay her before sex or after sex? I assumed we were talking about him agreeing to pay after sex. The negotiation was made before sex but then the consent to sex was conditional on future (post sex) actions.
/r/MensRights06/03/22 10:45 AM

The consent from person 1 is given with the belief that their partner has been faithful, as per the marital vows. Their partner being faithful means that there is no risk to health (STI) Comparing this to stealthing; The consent from Person 1 is given with the belief that their partner is wearing a condom, as per the verbal agreement. Their partner wearing a condom means that there is no risk to health (STI or pregnancy) I'm really not seeing a difference. Both involve uninformed consent and a p…

I asked you earlier but if a man and woman get married then they (usually) have agreed to not sleep with others. Any sex they have is with the belief that their partner has not been unfaithful and there is no risk of an STI. If one of them is unfaithful, doesn't tell their partner and then has sex with their partner, is that rape? Any consent is uninformed consent and therefore not valid. This is a genuine question btw. I don't think the idea of child support is feminist or misandrist. In the US, I think the current child support (& in part, alimony as well) implementation is misandrist. Which is similar to my opinion about feminism, but I digress. I am in the UK where it is much fairer. You are possibly biased about it if you are in the UK. Yes, child support is a lot more reasonable in the UK. It is close to being what I would say is fair, although one parent has to be considered the main carer which does not work with 50:50 custody. Firstly, be honest. A child does not need their mother or a responsible adult in their life 24/7 for 18 years. The dependency lessens significantly over time. Then factor in trusted family members, baby sitters, nurseries, school etc. Secondly, you assume that the 27% of fathers prefer paying child support than being a father. Mathematically speaking, that number is P(A|B), not P(A). It might be their choice after a custody battle but the custody battle itself is a contributing factor affecting …

I think they said they would have an Omicron vaccine in march but then they need to test, manufacture and distribute hundreds of millions of doses so who knows when they would be available to use
/r/MensRights18/01/22 03:59 PM
2

Especially as Israel have found that the 4th dose of Pfizer (i.e. 2 boosters) isn't enough to prevent an Omicron infection. Hopefully it at least prevents severe cases but I haven't seen any data on that. I have a feeling most people will get Omicron as they won't be able to release an updated vaccine in time.
/r/MensRights18/01/22 02:55 PM
2

I read that Omicron's death rate is only 8% of the Delta death rate. I.e. if 100 people would have died from Delta, only 8 will die from Omicron. That was an estimate from South Africa. But then it is a lot more transmissible so the total deaths might end up being closer.

Yeah, that is what I meant! It being mandated and managed by the government means that the wife/girlfriend can't threaten the man with divorce/breakup and a custody dogfight if he wants a paternity test. I have seen some women on social media saying that if their partner asked for a paternity test then they would instantly decide to breakup. That puts the man in an impossible situation with only really bad options available.
/r/MensRights14/01/22 05:40 AM
3

"do you think i am a hoe????" They'll have sex with a lot of men and then ask that question. Personally, I think it would be better if paternity testing was done but it was the government doing it for the birth certificate. That way the woman can't make threats about what she'll do if the man says that he wants to get one.

Nonsense. With Omicron, the vaccines offer little protection and that is only for a short time. That little protection is mostly going to be reduced symptoms which will make the vaccinated mother more likely to transmit it to the kids as she is less likely to realize that she is infected and isolate. This is just another example of people continuing to use the current situation as an excuse to be control freaks. Considering the ages of the people involved and it being the Omicron variant, the ri…

Breast milk contains antibodies which help keep the baby healthy. The mother will get most diseases the baby gets and the baby will get most diseases the mother gets so the mother passing on antibodies to the baby as and when she creates them is a big help, especially as babies have weaker immune systems. For me, the dismemberment of the fetal corpse blows my mind. Not in a good way, either. Yeah, I am done with her now. It is entertaining for a while because science is on my side and it is fun to see them squirm and deny science. Plus it may educate someone else who reads it and they might then reconsider their opinions. I used to think abortion was ok.

It's pretty hard to go lower unless you are a rapist or something Considering that they tear the fetus apart limb by limb during an abortion and it is their own child that they do it to, rape is nowhere near as bad. Abortion is the most abhorrent action possible by some distance.
/r/AntiFeminists05/01/22 06:53 PM

It has been interesting to see your arguments evolve. From "a fetus isn't alive" To "abortion isn't the killing of human life" And now "some abortions are actually good" Each new pivot made without admitting that the previous argument was wrong.

The dictionary defines "Kill" as cause the death of (a person, animal, or other living thing) An abortion is the procedure which takes the fetus (which is alive) and deliberately causes the end of that life. I.e. the death of it. Therefore, abortion is the killing of a human life. That woman getting an abortion right now will have a good chance of realising that she killed her child and slipping into a deep, dark depression that will be written off as postpartum depression when she gets pregnant…

You also dodged this question: What would you say is the correct word for a woman deliberately doing something that ends the life of her child/offspring? And to end the life they tear the fetus apart limb by limb. "Killing" seems like exactly the right word. It should be murder but that is legal terminology. And if you still have doubts about human life beginning at conception, 5,502 biologists were asked when human life begins. 95% said human life begins at conception Not surprisingly, pro-abor…

You avoided the question (ETA: about how it can go from 1 cell to many if it is not alive). Again. You either know the fetus is alive and can't bring yourself to say so or you don't know much biology and aren't in a position to say if a fetus is alive or not. If it is the latter, allow me to educate you - science states that a fetus is alive from conception and abortion is the killing of human life. You're welcome.
/r/AntiFeminists05/01/22 11:22 AM
1

Why are you dodging my question? If an organism is not alive then it is dead. How can a dead organism grow from a single cell into a baby? Women and girls shouldn’t have to bare kids they they want. They have agency over their bodies. That idea scares you. You yourself are Afraid of abortion. So you use murder and kill. When that’s not what happening. People denying science to justify killing their own kids concerns me. Probably does scare me in fact. Society is really fucked when killing your o…

No, I just say they are killing their child, which is what they are doing. Murder is a legal term. It doesn't need to be able to survive outside the womb to be considered alive. Abortion is killing human life. It is a simple scientific fact. Come on, how can it grow from 1 cell into a baby if it isn't alive? Organisms are either living or dead. If you think it is dead, what magic occurs so that it grows?
/r/AntiFeminists05/01/22 06:17 AM

It doesn't matter if a fetus is fully formed. A baby isn't fully formed either. They are all living human life, scientifically speaking. When two rights conflict, we apply a hierarchy to them. The right to life is higher than the right to bodily autonomy, especially as it is only temporary and it was her actions that led to her situation. What's with you wanting to kill human life? Also, thanks for giving us all an example of the level of denial pro-abortion people will stoop to. Anything to avo…

Fetus, baby etc are stages of development. They are all part of human life. Again, that is what is taught in biology (at university level)
/r/AntiFeminists05/01/22 01:29 AM
5

Biology states that human life begins at conception. That is the moment a distinct, separate organism forms and biological processes begin. Deny it all you want but that is the science. How can it go from 1 cell to 2 cells, to 4 cells etc if it is not a living organism?
/r/AntiFeminists05/01/22 01:26 AM

I can understand why they do it though. The alternative is admitting they kill their own kids when it is most vulnerable and they are solely responsible for keeping it safe. They need to maintain their self schema (their view of themselves) so they will deny, displace, project etc. for as long as possible.
/r/AntiFeminists04/01/22 08:23 PM

I prefer the "Sex work is real sex" one. With the "Sex work is (real) work" phrases, it seems like they are trying to sweep the fact that it involves sex under the carpet or suggest that it doesn't count as sex / it isn't really sex if they can't sweep it away. You're contradicting yourself. No, I don't think I am. Care to explain where? I think either you are misunderstanding something or we have different definitions for the terms used. E.g. That is brain death. It is also the legal death of that person too but that is irrelevant really. It is not the biological death though. That is when the biological processes inside the cells stops. Organs need to be donated immediately after death. Someone could become brain dead, be kept alive for a week or 2 by life support, life support then turned off and they could still donate the organs. So the death that matters for organ donation is biological death. Then the start of biological life i…

Well, that may be not the case. I grown up in different country, than most of my relatives were, wich did not stopped me from communicating. Sorry, I wasn't clear. And, honestly, it is a bit strange to hear about people living in small isolated families. Some (most?) of it is because a lot of people need to relocate because of their career so the extended family is no longer nearby. This is probably difficult to avoid for a lot of people, especially if they went to university. Then some of it will be because of big egos and there being multiple people in an extended family who think that their opinion is the most important one.

My favourite part: But if women desire equality at work, at home, and in their relationships, then it reasons that they should accept it in their divorces, right? Exactly. It isn't just kink shaming either, it is shaming in general. Men can be motivated by shaming so it was an effective tool to use for us. A "Bro, you are fat" comment from a friend was good for getting a guy to go to the gym. Women are more worried about being socially ostracized so shaming was an effective tool to use with them. Then they convinced society that shaming was an awful thing to do to a woman, people stopped shaming them and they became bigger and bigger degenerates. One silv…

It really is a very old tactic. Before Tinder and the phone app dating sites, Match.com and PlentyOfFish were the main sites to use. On Match, you could put in all kinds of details about yourself using drop down options. From height, education level, even salary. Body type was another one and women could choose Athletic, Slim, Curvy, Average, A few extra pounds, Fat. Then you could search and filter based on what they had selected and you could message anyone you wanted, there was no right swipi…

That is one of the earliest verbal manipulation tactics that women created for online dating. They knew that most guys like girls with a nice ass, big tits and a slim waist. They knew that we refer to this as curvy. So fat bitches started to post pictures of themselves from misleading angles and referred to themselves as curvy, all to try and attract the guys who like girls with a nice ass, big tits and a slim waist.

True. Although I think that trying to get abortion be a joint decision between the woman and man will always be unsuccessful. The reality is that men and women are very different when it comes to reproduction because of biology and we can't do anything to change that. The best we can hope for is the paper abortion as that doesn't impact the woman's body and I've seen that the more reasonable women think that it should be an option for us (so if it came to a vote we could have more than 50% of pe…

Getting pregnant isn't really something that someone can consent to or not consent to. It is an act of biology / nature. It is like saying that you do / don't consent to your blood cells taking up oxygen in the lungs and transporting it around the body. If a woman consents to sex then she is accepting the possibility of getting pregnant. She can influence the percentages of that possibility. As for abortion, that depends on whether someone thinks it is acceptable to end human life even though th…

I used to (and I suspect most people here still do) believe that feminists fight for selective equality, where they want equality with men but only in areas that see men currently doing better than women. I did believe that until recently when I saw that feminists wanted to abolish prison sentences for non-violent crimes but only if the perpetrator was female. That is despite the criminal justice system already being biased in women's favour with the shorter prison sentences. I now believe that …

Let me get this straight. Feminist logic is that: Feminist women happen to discover that men and women are fundamentally different in a particular aspect of life. As they are fundamentally different, treating men and women identically in an area related to this aspect of life would be unfair to men and women. Therefore, men and women should be treated differently in some areas to promote fairness and equality between men and women. The different treatment women should get would happen to result …

Reproducibility refers to cellular reproduction, not sexual reproduction! The cells can divide and create copies, like when the fertilised egg splits from 1 cell to 2 cells, to 4 cells etc. As for life and when it begins, 95% of biologists agree that life begins at conception Another way to think about it is that an organism can either be living or dead. No, I'm not using any religious points of view. I try to stick with scientific viewpoints, or the known, objective and measurable. The only subjective thing is the opinion that all human life should begin with the right to life (in that we get rights from the start of life and then keep them until death or until we have the right taken as punishment) and that the right to life generally supercedes other rights, so the right to life takes priority over the mother's right to autonomy. Science absolutely does have a definition of what life is and when life begins. Biologists have a set criteria for what is classified as life - it flags a virus, sperm and an unfertilised egg as not being life, and it flags bacteria and a fertilised egg as life. It is referred to as "biologically alive". Think of it along the lines of is it a whole organism, can it reproduce (the cells that is) etc. A philosophical view would be for a definition of personhood, not life, and that would use things…

The "control" argument is projection. Pro-choice people want to control when they have kids, so much so that they want to be able to kill human life. Pro-life people believe that the fetus is human and alive (which is understandable because it is scientifically true) and they just don't think killing that life should be legal. Lol, that is almost half of my honest answer for why I'm not a feminist - I don't want to be associated with the guys who call themselves feminists. Most of them are calling themselves feminists as a tactic to get into girls pants. They have either been MeToo'd already or they will be MeToo'd at some time in the future. The other half of my answer is that there is a good portion of female feminists that I also don't want to be associated with. The ones who use feminism as an excuse to be shitty …

If I, a guy, tell them that I am not a feminist, they are more than likely just going to assume that I am sexist, part of the problem, an asshole and they are probably going to be instantly irritated by my answer. Then I actually genuinely enjoy pushing their buttons and getting an angry response from them. So much so that I will even say stuff that isn't completely true (or even a complete fabrication) if I believe that will get an angry response. Putting these 2 points together, I like to tell…

I realize this is a bit late but the egg being fertilised is when it is considered to be life. This is scientifically speaking. Or look at it from another point of view - an organism can only be alive or dead, there is no middle option. The fertilised egg grows from a single cell to 2 cells, to 4 cells and so on until it is a baby. This wouldn't be possible if it was dead. Finally, 95% of biologists agree that human life begins at fertilisation

Exactly this, OP. Only 21% of US people aged 18 to 24 use Reddit. Then men are twice as likely to use Reddit as women which would give 14% of 18-24 year old women in the US using Reddit. The good news is most of the women in that sub are not even in your age range. Women in that sub are typically bitter, old women in their 30s and 40s Then factor the above to try and estimate what fraction of the 14% actually subscribe to FDS. The people asking and answering the "what if the mother's life is at risk" question always seem to forget a pretty big thing - in most cases the mother can get treatment without having an abortion. Even cervical cancer can be treated without killing the fetus. In the cases where she can't get treatment without having an abortion, they are usually situations where you are choosing for both to die or just the fetus and everyone should agree on what to do there, pro-life or pro-choice.
/r/MensRights06/10/21 01:50 AM

In order to convince a pro-lifer to become pro-choice not only would you have to provide information that would convince them life begins at some other stage of existence Which is impossible because it does meet the criteria for life from conception. By that I mean it is biologically alive and that is why it can grow from 1 cell to 2 cells and so on. All other definitions of life are subjective or impossible to prove scientifically (e.g. can feel pain, can survive outside the womb, has conscious…

women to vacuum their unborn out That is only for early abortions. After ~12 weeks (by which time it has a head, torso, arms and legs) the fetus is too big to just vacuum out and they have to tear it apart limb by limb. Literally. They grab a leg with some clamps and tear that off and out. Then they do the same with the other leg and both arms. They crack open the head and vacuum out the developing brain. The people who perform that "procedure" must be sociopaths.

IMO, abortion should be banned unless the mother's life is at risk and she can't get treatment while she is pregnant. You can't explain how an organism that is not alive can grow from a single cell to many cells? Do you have a reference that shows how a bunch of cells is somehow a human life? It really is backed by science. You can tell that it is distinct by seeing that the DNA is complete and it is different from the DNA in woman's cells around it.. After fertilisation it begins its own separate biological processes (I.e. it is biologically alive). It prevents any other sperm cells from entering and it starts mitosis - that 1 cell becomes 2 cells, then 4 cells, 8 cells etc. By day 5 it is about 80 cells. 50% to 70% of men who get a vasectomy end up developing an auto-immune condition where their immune system attacks and kills the sperm cells. Once that has developed, it is permanent and the quality of the sperm will plummet. Reversing the vasectomy won't get rid of the auto-immune condition. There would be a lot of men left incapable of having kids. Vasectomies should only be done when the man is absolutely sure that he doesn't want any (more) kids in the future.

If I had to guess, I think things will get worse over the next few years and then I hope we'll see legal action that stops it.

They now say that they want "equity" instead of "equality". They want equal outcomes rather than equal opportunities. Just having equal opportunities is too difficult, they still need to put the same effort in if they want an equal outcome. Now they want equal outcomes to be forced so they don't need to worry about working hard.

I am not conflating terms. And it seems you're the one who believes stealthing is not a consent issue which would prevent it from being rape. Disgusting.

Consent doesn't just cover the sex itself, it also covers any potential ramifications of having sex. This is proven by us having terms like informed consent and things like stealthing being illegal.

I did say that they consent to the possibility of it. Actually falling pregnant isn't something that you can consent to or not consent to so framing the pro life / pro choice debate in consent terms doesn't make sense.

If a fetus is inside the woman's body without her consent, she has the right to remove it. If you believe this, you should also believe that a woman should be free to get an abortion at any stage of pregnancy. However, this line of reasoning is based on faulty logic. Becoming pregnant is an act of nature, not a conscious decision that is 100% under someone's control. By consenting to sex, both people are consenting to the possibility of pregnancy.

I honestly don't know. The shaming tactics don't really affect me because deciding what is attractive or not isn't a conscious thought process and it can't be reasoned with. I just know that I'm not attracted to fat women and there is something repulsive about a woman who has been promiscuous. I am a pretty private person though and I usually keep stuff like this to myself.

100% this. It is like a form of sexual coercion but on a societal level instead of 1 on 1. They've already done the "body positivity" movement which shames men if they reject women for being fat and they've done the "slut shaming is bad" thing which shames men if they reject women for being promiscuous. I'm trying to think of other ways that they have done it - we're told that single mothers are fabulous and shouldn't be judged. There's probably others that I am forgetting. Ultimately, they will…

I'd tell her that you'll work on things but you won't raise an affair baby so she needs to get an abortion first. Then, when the abortion has been confirmed, pull the trigger on the divorce. He's at risk of having to pay child support because they're married and he'll automatically be assumed to be the father. He needs to make sure that doesn't happen first - i.e. abortion.

And to these women, "healthy masculinity" covers any actions that benefit her but "toxic masculinity" covers any actions that are detrimental for her (or just don't benefit her). Which is why they can never agree on what is good and what is toxic - because it will be subjective to the woman and her current predicament.

I'm not seeing people advocating for surgically removed teratomas. That's because there is a key difference between a fetus and a teratoma. A fetus is an organism but a teratoma is still only cells. A fetus will continue to grow and the cells will continue to differentiate as the whole organism continues to grow until it is ready to be born. The same isn't true for a teratoma. Both cannot survive outside the host's body on their own That isn't a criteria for human life. We grow human cell lines …

It is interesting that a lot of female graduates equate having a degree (apparently any degree in any subject) with being intelligent. It's been over a decade since I graduated but even back then, there were a lot of people getting degrees and they were far from intelligent. I think this is even more the case now. With the cost of getting a degree being so high, I'd argue that deciding to study some subjects is a pretty good indication for stupidity, not intelligence.

To a simple minded feminist, the Joker was an Incel who killed after he creeped on and was then rejected by a woman, and the film didn't just have the simple take-home message of "Incel man bad". So the gynocentric parts of society attacked it because, to them, it humanised incels. Plus it portrayed a single mother badly. You can't do that, all single mothers are modern day heroes /s

Those are subjective and people who are pro-abortion will create a definition that gives them permission to do whatever it is that they want to do without feeling bad. What constitutes "psychological, sociological or spiritual life"? Can you prove that a new born baby meets that criteria? Or a baby born prematurely at 35 weeks? Can you prove that a 24 week old fetus doesn't? I believe the record for most premature birth where the baby survived is 21 weeks. Did that baby meet the criteria when it…

I just have a question. You seem to be against abortion because you think it's is absolutly wrong to kill a human. Is that correct ? Correct. If the mother's health is at risk then she can get treatment without needing an abortion. Doctors can even treat cervical cancer without killing the fetus these days.
/r/MensRights06/05/21 10:58 AM

Arguing with a pro-abortion woman is 100% pointless. If they admit that a fetus is human and alive, they are admitting that they are letting someone kill their own children by getting an abortion. It just won't happen. I think part of it (accusing men of wanting to control women) is projection. They are motivated by control, albeit not in a bad way. They want to control if/when they have kids but they can't control when they get pregnant (they can only influence this) and so they need abortion to get the control. They then project their own motivations onto men who threaten their ability to control when they have kids. Personally, opposing abortion is just having basic morals. I see that as a positive. If I were to somehow decide to try a relationship again in the future, it would only be with someone I knew wasn't promiscuous. At the moment, most lie about it so it would be good if that is changing and they openly admit to their carousel riding habits.

There's a risk of a false accusation with any sexual encounter but I'm not prepared to be celibate for the rest of my life. Seeing an escort probably has a lower risk of a false accusation than a random hookup. Her job makes it difficult for her to go to the police to make an accusation even when she is a victim so I can't see her going to the police to make a false accusation. Then, even if she did go to the police, she doesn't know who to accuse because she doesn't know who you are.
/r/MGTOW28/04/21 10:47 PM

Tbh, the risk of an STD is probably lower with a pro than with a random tinder girl as long as she doesn't offer unprotected sex. Pros get tested regularly and then he'll be using a condom. I would have thought that the chance of a false allegation is less too. Both people know that sex is expected and going to the police is dangerous for her because of her career choice. Was your false accusation from an escort?

Don't want to date an overly promiscuous girl? You can't do that, it is slut shaming. And on and on and on with other things like single mothers, trans-women etc. It is a strange, indirect kind of sexual coercion on a societal level. Tbh, it's kind of rapey behaviour.

Not infidelity specifically. It would need to be infidelity and also not telling their partner. That would be taking their partner's personal autonomy from them as they would be unable to make an informed decision about who they have sex with or who to date/marry.

I agree with you about the 80-90% of accusations being unknown and applying the ratio of verdicts from the 10-20% to get a rough estimate. It'd be good to have a waterfall breakdown of accusations. E.g. How many accusations are withdrawn early, middle or later on in the process, how many get a confession early or late? I think if we knew how many accusations were withdrawn very soon after the accusation was made and we looked at them, we'd find a lot more false accusations there.

That's why you directly compare it to the marriage rate per 1,000 people. You also can't just discount the number of people that were married before that year, as the likelihood of divorce increases with time. Which is why the number of divorces per 1000 married people is the better measurement! They should also do number of divorces within the first 5, 10, 20 years of getting married, per 1000 married people.

The divorce rate is measured in the number of divorces per 1,000 population. That isn't the best way to measure it. E.g. the link says "Divorce rate: 2.9 per 1,000 population". What if only 6 of those 1,000 people are actually married? What if 800 of them are married? You need to be married to get a divorce... A better metric would be number of divorces per 1,000 married people. ETA: I think a good summary (as I've understood it) is: The number of divorces per 1000 population is dropping. Howeve…

I'd go with something like "Are you trying to get me to kiss and tell? Unbelievable!" or "I was taught that gentlemen don't kiss and tell". Something along those lines and then keep quiet. If they push for more info after that just smile and tell them "It's not gonna happen", then take a toilet break (or do anything to remove yourself from the conversation). It should come across as playful rather than being moody with them. You don't want to give them an excuse to target you.

I believe the "dropping divorce rate" narrative came from the number of divorces in the entire population which made no sense. When you restrict it to number of divorces in the married sub group, like you've done, you find that it is still as high as ever.

I said a few weeks ago that feminists don't want men and women to be equal, they want ugly girls to be equal with hot girls. Hot girls get a lot of privilege (from simps etc.) but ugly girls get ignored. The fact that the poster believes that women aren't privileged tells us that she is in the ugly girls camp. And so we can continue to ignore her.

She was femunderstanding, where any interpretation is primarily filtered through her emotions rather than what is factually true. Femunderstanding is the root cause of mansplaining. A woman interprets something incorrectly and a man then has to explain it in a simplistic manner so that the woman can understand it correctly. With feminists wanting informed consent to be the legal requirement, I'm thinking we should try and use that logic for paternity fraud. If stealthing for one night is rape then women who commit paternity fraud are serial rapists. Any consent is uninformed and there are health ramifications (STIs, genetic conditions) like there are with stealthing (pregnancy).

I think people take into account how the man or woman may have become a single parent. I think people assume that a single mother probably got knocked up by a deadbeat dad (which is poor decision making by her) but a single dad is less likely to have knocked up a woman who just dumped the kid and ran. A single dad is assumed to be in his situation more because of bad luck than bad decisions but it is the opposite for single mothers. I don't know how true those assumptions are though.

A quick Google search could have shown you that I am right. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7283529/ In more than 50% of men, vasectomy leads to auto-immune pathology. The auto-immune response to sperms following vasectomy is triggered by the phagocytosis of sperm in the epididymis. In the humoral immune response, sperm agglutinating, sperm immobilizing, and antibodies to sperm nuclear protamines occur, as early as 3-4 days after vasectomy. The incidence reaches 60-70% within 1 year and remains …

It isn't all positive with no down side. Getting a vasectomy comes with a 50-70% chance of developing an autoimmune condition which may bring longer term health problems. Undoing the vasectomy won't get rid of it either.

You're welcome! I believe that it is the immune system making antibodies to the sperm cells, which get recognized as foreign and need to be "killed". Your body's immune system will be constantly ramped up because it has to kill and clean up millions of sperm cells every day. Like immunity to diseases, once you have it, you have it permanently and reversing the vasectomy won't change that.
