You crazy bro? Broccoli is like the most beta vegetable there is. Go with spinach, alpha as fuck.

Dont only try to talk to women, do not underestimate how fun making random new guy friends is. And on top of that it gives you social proof, win/win.

Just to solidify your decision to veer away from the -snooze cycle-: Pressing the snooze button for 30 minuttes is actually going to make you feel even worse than if you woke up the first time. When you pass out again your body try's to go back into REM, only to be interrupted 5 minutes later. This is awful for your mind and body, now try multiplying that by six.

Kheyli mamnoon, good to hear from someone in my same position.

Salam aleikom, you think I should call an airline directly or US immigration office? I was planning on doing the latter.

Not asking for clarification. Letting you know I understand what you're saying. for clarity

I see what you are saying in the first part and you make great points. However we do live in the same country, both in US. Like I mentioned the only issue is an American passport (right to travel anygoddamnwhere I please). The role reversal perspective is a good one

So your current take is that a decision should be made NOW for what she should do.

Which is why we're here right. To get other opinions, and I appreciate your input and will take it into consideration.

She isn't preventing me from going, she'd like me to go. Going with her friends is her solution to me not going. And given that Puerto Rico is a territory I'm skeptical that it may raise issues in my naturalization process (I'm almost done so it's a sensitive time frame). Im Iranian so we're not looked upon with friendly eyes in most countriest regarding passport status.

I may have misspoken with the "not too enthusiastic" bit. Let me clarify: We've created a list of places that we'd like to go together and Puerto Rico was on of hers that she added to it. It's definitely a place I'd like to visit but it wasn't my top 10. the main reason has been that time off has been scarce due to obligations. She's currently only working while I have a job, do research, study full time, shadow and tutor. I have however been toying with a Colorado trip with the guys.

That's essentially the path I've been leaning towards the most. Good to hear it from someone else as well. The last conversation we had I told her I have certain expectations from the woman I choose to commit myself to, and this is one of them. the issue I'm having with this however is that I feel like the whole "you can go but I won't be here when you come back" attitude is walking a FINE line with the mate guarding attitude. Any thoughts on how to 100% differentiate the two?

Go to bars. What I like to do is I'll go to a bar and start playing pool while having a drink. 9 times out of 10 you end up playing with some randoms and making new friends while at the same time getting that good buzz.

There's too many unknown variables to make a "dump her" type of decision, especially if you've been with her for some time. Like Is it the first time she's done something of that nature? Did she text you immediately after it happened? If she was genuinely interested in the random ass dude she gave her number to she wouldn't have told you about it immediately with no way of you finding out. And many other things that I'm not going to get into, I've seen situations where a girl will give her numbe…

I've has best results from friends of friends. Almost every single girl that I've been introduced to by mutual friends I've ended up banging or hooking up with for a period of time. The reason for this is you will already be a high value individual through the girls eyes, especially if your mutual friend speaks/has spoken highly of you to her. Now here's the example you wanted: A friend of mine invited me to go to a party with him and a group of his mates, I oblige and we meet up in a predetermi…

Either you were an orbiter and she moved on because she has a boyfriend now, or you were an orbiter and her boyfriend made her cut contact with you. Choose your favorite one and then move on to the next girl.

Being alpha isnt necessarily what you think it may be, its being decisive and knowing what you want etc. Its not about being Johnny Bravo.

Don't think of it as "when should i this when should i that" definitely try to remove yourself from that mindset. Do what you want to do, which would be to escalate. Read the signs and if they notion towards "proceed" then god damn it proceed. i said this in another thread earlier but a woman will always forgive you for being too aggressive, but never for being too timid.

Well, if your roommate told her all the things you say they did [ if she was single and wanted to hangout with you] id say you're already in dude. All you have to do is not fuck it up. By not fuck it up i mean don't be a pussy about it. Escalate.Escalate.ESCALATE. I.e when you guys sit down to watch the movie grab her and pull her with your arm around her shoulder so she's leaning on you. (just one example but you know what im saying)

i always just look them in the eye and say "You're coming home with me tonight." if they say no then there you have it. a woman will always forgive you for being too aggressive, but never for being too timid.

Its not worth it man, don't force yourself to try to lose your virginity. There isn't anything wrong with being a virgin. Sounds cliche as fuck but its true. May i ask what the incredible rush is to losing it?

I was in your position not long ago, best thing to do is to let her go. And she WILL text you/contact you later on. Don't read it as interest (unless it's blatant that she's interested in you) because its most likely that she misses being put up on the pedestal and craves it.

Right, I'm simply saying she may have her own reasons for what she said. You haven't seen the situation from her perspective. Sometimes our minds and bodies are in entirely different realms.

Do you know what an "orbiter" is? It's when a girl keeps a guy she knows interested on a fishing like to continuously pick her spirits up when she's down or make her feel better. Commonly mistaken with "friend zone". But that's where I looks like you're at, happens to the best of us amigo. You'll get through it!

Personally I think you did the right thing, I was in a similar situation a little while ago. The girl I was with's body language was screaming fuck me but I knew she was a virgin and a little intoxicated (as was I (intoxicated)) so I backed off instead and I stand by it.
