Read Sex God Method. It may not help much yet because it sounds like your wife still sees you as weak despite the muscles.

Very well put. You looked right past my words and that is exactly what I have been doing. I have been expecting her(covert contract) to equally contribute and keeping score when she doesn't. I have received a couple comments about treating her like the oldest kid in the house. I need to work on internalizing this and putting it into action. Thanks again.

Thanks for the insight. I do have more sidebar and reading to do. I thought I was operating on the premise of stay plan is same as the go plan. Still trying to break free from the nice guy syndrome.

No unicorns here. Just read through your RP story. I can relate to how you got here. Lots of great wisdom and motivation. I need to make it a priority to fix me and not worry about changing my wife. I am also guilty of using RP tactics to try and outwit and win interactions. Not the right mindset. Still have a lot to learn and fix. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I will look into those exercises. Looking back at my writing related to "expect" that is not the right mentality. Thanks for pointing that out

Thanks, I am in her head way too much. Very good point that it is not about her changing, this should be about me.

Thanks for insight. I do need to work on providing comfort when it is necessary. I worried so much about fixing her feels and being the nice guy over the last 8 years that I may be too robotic at times now that I am trying to change my behavior.

I am feeling the muscle soreness a little more than I had in the past, which tells me I am challenging myself more. Continuing to work on my deadlift and squat forms, and I was able to squat 185 lbs five times. I did not do as well…

3000 calories and 140-150g protein per day. Have met these levels for 2+ weeks right now. Has been a struggle to eat this much, but I am more maintaining than gaining weight at that many calories it feels like

I went from maintenance blow jobs to taking charge, pushing the limits and seeing a passion that has been gone for years. I see what you are saying and I am still in the beginning stages of building the person and life I want. I have made some small newb gains that are most likely influenced by obligations. There have definitely been negotiations in the past to attempt to get what I desire. We all know how that goes. I left the "from my wife" part out because if my needs are not met in this rela…

Good question. I have been getting weekly blow jobs for the entirety of my relationship. The passion and enthusiasm was not negotiated and has been lacking for awhile. End plan is to keep being the oak and leader until I am strong enough to get my needs met without a negotiation or celebration. Thanks for making me think

I'm going to try my best to keep my foot on the gas. You are right it was a negotiated obligation and was not genuine desire. I do look at it as a small step forward and work off of it. Thanks for the insight

I have taken a video of my deadlift to evaluate myself, and it looked like I was keeping my back straight. I am doing 5x5 and just upped the weight. Even doing it at 90lbs my back would be sore for a few days. I will do a video again and post to that sub like you mentioned. I know she feels shitty because she tells me she does. She puts herself down and feels guilty that I am bettering myself. For years I would use the blue pill mind set to try and make her feel better, but lately I have been tr…

Thanks for the tip. Havent tried the lozenges, will give them a try. I did quit using just the gum for 3 months this last winter. A couple slip ups and then I was back on the analogs.

You are very right about my "its the thought that counts". Most of what I have done so far I have done under the premise of something is better than nothing. Thanks for calling me out. I need it

OYS #1 Just like many a man before me, I made a feeble attempt at swallowing the red pill in the past.
