This isn’t true at all. At least not in my experience. Both men and women get horny and need to get some. I’ve not once been called out for saying I wanted to hook up with a girl or commenting on a woman’s appearance. Of course if you are creepy and weird about it then yeah you’ll get called out but if you tell a girl she looks good in a specific outfit or her hair looks good or something similar no one is going to care and this might get you somewhere with the girl you’re commenting on. Women a…

I mean I guess can understand that. I just see cringe opinions on here that are total bullshit or they’re not telling the full story. Like the guy who said if you’re not a 10 you’ll be labeled a harasser. That’s bullshit. Unless you were being inappropriate or weren’t taking no for an answer 9/10 that’s not going to happen. The only time I’ve known it to happen was one time a guy I worked with complimented a female coworker on something about her physical appearance but it wasn’t inappropriate. …

Just to see what might happen? Life’s too short. Better to take the chance and at least be able to say you did it then to never take the chance and never know what might’ve happened? The more you do it the easier it gets and the better you get at it too. I would encourage you to step out of your comfort zone a little bit and challenge yourself.

Is it like a social anxiety thing? Because I promise you there’s nothing needy or weird about it. But it sounds like you’ve convinced yourself so…

Like… how the hell do you think people have been hooking up all this time? The internet is a relatively new construct, this is the way it’s been done for a long time.

I mean yeah I’m a human being. I’m a social creature lol. I have no compunction about talking to strangers and why would I? They’re just other people? Do you just like never talk to anyone you don’t know ever?

You’re getting in your own head. There’s nothing wrong or needy with cold approaching. Not only that but we have an instinctual drive to do it. It’s just human not needy. If you feel like you’re being needy then you’re probably coming across that way.

Maybe you’re coming in too hot if even you are noticing it. Like what are you doing that will make even you feel like you’re being needy?

This is the winner right here. If you flirt with a girl but leave her wanting more for the next time that’s mysterious. Dyeing your hair black and being quiet and awkward. Weird and no one will talk to you. Yea I’m speaking from experience and yes I went through a phase in my teens and early twenties 😂

I wouldn’t go that far 😂 but yes an attractive mysterious guy will be looked at more favorably. It kinda sounds like you might be projecting your own fears here a little bit.

Honestly during the periods of my life where I was the “mysterious guy” most women just assumed I was gay so no I would say it does not work. For me at least.

But if you’re a fat fuck who just doesn’t give a fuck and you’ve got a sense of humor that works too. I feel it really is all about how a person feels about themselves. I’ve known a lot of fat or scrawny, or weak dudes that have a ton of misplaced confidence who have no trouble finding a girl. I’ve come to believe feeling positive about yourself no matter what you look like is key because that confidence definitely rubs off.

Nonetheless, I still feel like I made a huge step tonight. Yeah I got shit to smooth out but now I now I’m more than capable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
