And eventually, you’ll actually notice your anxiety will start subsiding since you’re not too worried, or anxious I should say, about your anxiety. I had horrible anxiety too which caused me to miss out on a lot of potential dates but eventually I just started not giving af and laughing it off and whala, now I don’t really get anxiety and if I do, I just laugh it off.
