Alright i got the gist of the article. Alot of it could apply to me like lack of appetite/minor insomnia/lack of attention span/cynicism/ and detachment but i never feel "depressed". I dont feel sad or anxious, i feel bored. At the same time the article point to stress, but i cant cosign that. I maintain a job,go to school, attempt a social life and women. Normal everyday stuff for a 21year old dude, i honestly feel like i could be doing much more with my time. I NEED more stress!!

I dont get physically tired, unless i get a fire workout at the gym. Mentally tired? Maybe. I feel like im in this strange middle ground with my personality. Im a very opinionated ,expressive, and outward person. So outside of my house and small comfortable friend group it feels like im constantly having to " present myself " to others. While more traditional introverts hang in the background and dont deal with this issue. Eventually my personality becomes more subtle like traditional introverts…
